Проживанием очень довольны! Не пожалели, что выбрали именно этот отель. Отель превзошёл все наши ожидания и по ремонту, чистоте, питанию и ухоженному виду напоминает пятизвёздочный отель. Особенно приятно удивило соотношение цены и качества: при довольно бюджетной стоимости мы совершенно не ожидали получить такой высокий уровень.

Отдельное спасибо сотруднику на ресепшене по имени Zeynal за то, что учёл индивидуальные пожелания, которые я указывала при бронировании отеля, и предоставил нам номер с видом на море. Мы были этому очень рады!

Unfortunately, the temperature was uncomfortably high throughout the hotel, including the lobby, dining area and our room.

The air conditioning in our room was very weak and was not able to cool the room adequately. I informed the staff about the problem, and they attempted to fix the air conditioning, but unfortunately without success.

The design of the family room also made the situation particularly problematic. The third bed is located on an upper level, similar to a duplex layout, and the air-conditioning unit is positioned only about one metre above this bed. As a result, proper cooling of the entire room is difficult: if the air conditioning is directed towards the upper bed, that area becomes excessively cold, while the main part of the room remains very warm.

The staff eventually provided us with a fan as an additional measure. We appreciated their effort to help, but the fan could not adequately compensate for the insufficient air conditioning, and the room remained too hot for comfortable use.

This was particularly disappointing given the high temperatures during our stay and significantly affected our comfort, especially as we were staying in a family room with children.

Variety of foods and the quality of juices could be better.

We hebben de afgelopen vier dagen heerlijk genoten van ons verblijf in het hotel. De kamer was netjes en comfortabel, het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het ontbijt was goed verzorgd. De sfeer was prettig en ontspannen. Al met al een fijne vakantie gehad en zeker een aanrader!

Die mahlzeiten waren so überschaubar und immer das selber zum Beispiel wenn es Fleisch gab dann nur die eine sorte keine zweite Sorte Fleisch oder Fisch, wenn es Fisch gab gab es keine andere Fleischsorten da gabs nur Fisch immer 5 sorten Essen und Wassermelone und Pflaumen jeden Tag ubd dad 2 Wochen waren wir da ,auf Gespräche nicht zu führen da keine Einsicht. Wie gesagt do wss hab ich nie erlebt die Chefin ist einfach nur ein Geizhals. Nie nie nie wieder und nicht zu Empfehlen und billig war der Urlaub auch und warum dieses Hotel di Positiv bewertet war kann mir nicht erklären jeder der da war von den Gästen waren alle insbesondere vom Essen unzufrieden ind am strand alles kostet geld ja der Strand selber war überall Felsen unzumutbar.Animation war auch nicht da Kidsclub gab es nicht Minidisco gab es nicht also schlimmer geht’s kaum. Ich habe Videos gemacht aber leider kann ich hier nur Fotos hochladen und keine Videos leider.

The pictures on the website are misleading. The passage to the beach is full of dirty water, the pool was not cleaned, areas around the pool is slippery, fire exits and steps are blocked with old mattress, cans of paints, etc
The restaurant opens for 1.30 hours three times per day on All inclusive, very poor food choices and no meat options, no fruits only watermelon, no good coffee, no good drinks. We didn’t drink alcohol so we had nothing to drink only water or we had to buy outside. Icecream overpriced 10 times across the road the same one 10 times cheaper.
The harassment from the beach bar tender was very inappropriate and annoying
