Disappointed by food
Pros:

Mixed feelings. The hotel is very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely with darts at 11, aquarobics at 1 and water polo at 3. All good fun. And a little evening entertainment kids disco, quiz one night. Karaoke another and belly dancer another. But the negatives..there is not much food choice, ie one meal option and a salad bar , it’s is cheap heavily processed food and often undercooked. The location is remote and costs approx £10 each way to get a taxi to Alayna to discover shops, harbour etc. we complained about the food and received free massage, cocktails, grit basket and wine in room do hotel listens to complaints but due to location and food quality I won’t return.

Pros:

Vackert vid havet, solstolar ingick, blev uppgraderade till stort rum med fantastisk havsutsikt. Väldigt vänlig personal.

Pros:

Rozrabiany alkohol za barem i wlewanie piwa do plastikowych butelkach po coli, które sprzedawało na pseudo plaży

Cons:

​Wszystko jest rozcieńczane do tego stopnia, że nawet dziecko mogłoby to pić. Dowodem jest wódka: ta kupiona w hotelowym sklepiku smakuje jak prawdziwy alkohol, a ta podawana za barem z kieliszka to jakiś żart. Właściciel za takie praktyki powinien mieć zamknięty obiekt – jednym słowem to oszust.

​Plaża to po prostu wylany beton i poszarpane leżaki. Ktoś już wcześniej wspominał w opiniach, że rozlewają piwo z plastikowych butelek po coli – widziałem to na własne oczy. Ciekawe, jak sanepid na to pozwala.

Jedzenie jeśli myślisz ze będziesz mieć wybór mięsa to jesteś w szalonym błędzie. Nie kiedy go wcale nie ma😅 Większy wybór masz w przydrożnym motelu gdzieś przy trasie.

​Obiekt (bo hotelem nazwać tego nie można) położony jest przy mega ruchliwej trasie, więc o ciszy za dnia czy w nocy można zapomnieć. Na dodatek napiwki dla kelnerów (którzy są bardzo mili) zabiera boss i rzekomo sam rozdziela – skandal! Jedyny pozytywny aspekt tego miejsca to obiektywnie sympatyczny, biały psiak, którego można pogłaskać.

​Omijać to miejsce szerokim łukiem i nie patrzeć na pozytywne opinie, bo to bujda.

​Ps. Od strony wschodniej obiektu znajduje się boisko piłkarskie, na które wieczorami (tak do 24:00) przychodzą pograć miejscowi. To taki "smaczek" na koniec.

​Proszę nie pisać w odpowiedzi regułek o tym, jak wam przykro, że nie spełniliście naszych oczekiwań. Taki gotowiec powtarza się pod każdą nieprzychylną opinią.

Mycket trevlig personal och välstädade rum, men andra aspekter som drog ner upplevelsen.

Mycket trevlig och professionell personal. Bra service och en positiv attityd. Välstädade rum.

Cons:

Begränsat matutbud, ingen air condition på gemensamma ytor. Ingen all-inclusive service på baren vid stranden. Få aktiviteter. Biljard fanns på hotellet, men kostade extra. Stenig strand.

Összességében nagyon elégedettek vagyunk és nagyon jól éreztük magunkat ezen a szálláshelyen.
Pros:

Tiszta, rendben tartott, szép szálláshely, vendégközpontú, kedves személyzet. Esti programok gyerekeknek és felnőtteknek. Közeli part, saját partszakasz.

Cons:

Az eddigi all inclusive tapasztaltokhoz képest szegényesebb étel (főként hús) választék, és sok egyéb ráfizetést igénylő dolog (italok egyrésze, biliárd, spa, beach bar).

The rooms are nice, modern, and recently renovated.

Cons:

We could not stay there and left immediately after the first night, even though we were supposed to stay for four days.

The beach is not directly in front of the hotel. The beach is terrible, and the sea in this area is also very disappointing. Although it is across the road, you still have to walk some distance to reach it. The hotel is located right next to a busy highway, so there is constant traffic noise throughout the day and night.

There is practically nothing for children to do, so I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families.

There are no kettles in the rooms, but you can get hot water from the bar downstairs.

The elevators are a real problem – you may have to wait 5–7 minutes every time. There is also no air conditioning in the lobby or inside the elevators, which makes it quite uncomfortable, especially during the summer.

For a one-night stopover, the hotel is acceptable. However, I would not recommend staying here for more than one night, as the location and facilities simply don't make for a relaxing holiday.

A fost frumos dar nu mai revenim .

Mi a placut camera, curatenia locatia hotelului .

Mancarea nu era diversificata cam acelasi lucru in fiecare zi seara la gratar iti dadea cu portia asa ceva nu am mai vazut la all inclusiv . Piscina e mica sezlonguri putine .

Un sejur minunat
Pros:

Este pentru a treia oară când ne-am cazat la acest hotel și de fiecare dată am primit o cameră mai bună decât ceea ce am rezervat și cu vedere la mare. Mi-a plăcut foarte mult amplasarea hotelului pe malul mării, micul dejun foarte bogat și foarte gustos, profesionalismul personalului care deservește hotelul

Personalen var genuit trevliga och hjälpsamma.

Cons:

Maten är katastrof, en stor besvikelse. Förutom ett mycket begränsat utbud var kvaliteten och smaken också dåliga. Till lunch serverades bland annat kokt ko-tunga i en slemmig gryta.

Till middagen serverades en linssoppa som, utifrån smak, konsistens och utseende, verkade innehålla samma kött, vilket gjorde även den oaptitlig. Så jag hoppade över middagen.

Bilderna i annonsen är vilseledande och motsvarar inte verkligheten. Hotellet erbjuder i princip ingen underhållning, poolområdet är litet och baren hade ett mycket begränsat utbud – de kunde inte ens göra vanliga drinkar.

Dessutom ingår varken drinkar eller ens vatten på den privata stranden i all inclusive, utan måste köpas separat. Tunneln som leder till stranden upplevdes dessutom som farlig, med öppna gropar som innebär en risk för att snubbla eller falla.

Vi reste dit med fem barn men valde att lämna hotellet redan efter den första natten. För oss var det inte värt att stanna, trots vad vi hade betalat, utan vi bokade ett annat boende för att rädda semestern.

Jag anser att detta hotell inte borde marknadsföras på Booking. Jag tycker också att Booking bör ta ett större ansvar och granska de hotell som säljs via deras plattform.

En av anledningarna till att jag bokade detta hotell var att jag litade på att Booking inte skulle tillåta så här oseriösa aktörer att finnas på sin plattform
