Fantastic accommodation but take your early if you aren’t used to road noise.
Pros:

Beautifully renovated property right in the centre of town, with great facilities and incredibly helpful host.

Cons:

Being on a crossroads-there is quite a lot of traffic noise throughout the night.

Pros:

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location in the center of the city and nice comfy bed and room for my short stay. Keen to bring the family to Dunedin and if we do we would stay here.

The number one choice for staying in Central Dunedin !!
Pros:

Wonderful upgrade to a perfectly sized one bedroom apartment with everything needed for a weekend stay & very close to the Octagon. Plus very friendly staff.
