Great place in Dunedin
Pros:

Jackie the lady at reception was amazing and a credit to The Chamberson.
Location is bag on easy walk it what you need.
Room was very clean and warm. We had a one bed corner room.

Cons:

Nothing not to like.

Pros:

We LOVE staying here. Clean, funky, warm, with bed comfort level plus plus plus. And Jackie was fantastic! Friendly, and kind, and wonderfully kind and fun with my daughter. Can’t wait to come back.

Pros:

The comfort and the facilities. Great bed and pillows,clean apartment and fresh sheets and towels.Water pressure perfect. Elevator and units suitable for all ages. Great range of room types and sizes.
Excellent location to hotel, restaurants, theatre and shopping. Very helpful friendly staff. High recommend.

Pros:

Location excellent.
Room fittings good quality, clean and tidy.
Did miss not having a window to look out although the sky light did give external light.
The lady of the house was excellent. She confronted some noisy residents and wasn’t standing for mischief tho it did disturb a good nights sleep. Cudos to her though!

Jackie at reception was sooo helpful!! Couldn’t thank her enough she came out in the street to meet us and help with luggage

Cons:

Be careful in an SUV for parking it’s 1.8 m height we almost got stuck in a ford Everest
