Done for an overnight in Gladstone
The cabins were a good size, easy to check in.
One shower in the cabin didn’t work at all. The cabin didn’t feel clean. There was food crumbs in the fridge and on the table. The pool was dirty and unkept.
The staff were helpful when we asked for help. Bathroom wasn't terrible. Main bed was comfortable.
We weren't booked into the right room as per booking and even then the second room was not as per photos. Bunk bed instead of single beds as per photo on booking.com which was very creaky. No blankets available only sheets. Dead roaches in the kitchen. Laundry also hard to use.

Facilities in the villas were great and the location worked for us as were there for a quick trip to visit family.
The beds in the two bedrooms of the villa were comfortable but the sofa bed bottom end kept tilting up. My adult daughter ended up sleeping with her feet at the couch end of the sofa bed to stay safe. It probably needs replacing. Ceiling fans need cleaning.

Unfortunately we had a leaking toilet, there was only 1 knife & in the early hours of the morning of our last night the neighbours behind our bed head we're having a very loud argument with a lot of profanity
Location was the best thing about this motel.
The staff were helpful and organised however the room needed lots of maintenance attention. The pictures do not match reality. The carpet flooring was wrinkled and dirty, the window blinds looked like they had never been cleaned, the dishes, glasses and some cutlery were not clean, the shower recess does not drain properly, there was no shower curtain and the toilet door did not close properly at all. The space behind the toilet door on the floor was extremely dirty which could only be seen once in the space with the door half closed. The sink taps needed maintenance, the plug hole was a filthy orange and the cupboard in the room needed replacing as it was chipped, worn and stained.
