Perfect for a short stay
Pros:

Location is great. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean. Comfortable beds

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. It’s great for the kind of hotel it is…. I.e. one without a bar or restaurant on site but that doesn’t really matter thanks to the location

Excellent & safe location which was close to tourist attractions & theatre with many options from low-key to upscale for drinks & meals either walking or via metro/bus (steps away), friendly & very helpful staff who went out of their way to assist, comfortable beds with great room space and amenities - everything exceeded our expectations. First-time London Mom & daughter trip at a perfect location with hotel that exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

Separate wastebasket for recyclables would be helpful.

Fantastic stay at The Resident Covent Garden!
Pros:

The Resident is the perfect location to vacation in London! Walking distance to so many iconic sights and to the West End theater district. The staff was top-notch and could not be friendlier or more helpful. Thank you to Graeme, Mainul, and Seema are excellent and will help with any request! They made our stay delightful. The hotel is spotless, the rooms very comfortable, with great AC, and terrific water pressure in the shower. Coffee shops and restaurants are a 1 to 5 minute walk. We will be back!

Great day seeing the sights and great evening watching paddington the musical

Cons:

We ordered cocktails through room service and it would of been nice if they were made fresh at the bar in cocktail glasses rather the pre made in small bottles with small tumberler glasses.
