Phenomenal. Highly recommend!! What an unexpected find. Went with myself and two older children from Canada. We will definitely return. Seema is outstanding.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spotless and fairly modern. We loved the mini kitchen with the Brita filtered water. The location was good, near lots of stores and restaurants, although it's a very busy area. The only downside was that they don't have an on site restaurant. That would have made it perfect, although I did know that when I booked. The front desk folks were very friendly and helpful, and good security. The rooms were very quiet even though our room faced the Strand, and I appreciate that they gave us rooms next to each other like I requested.

We stayed three nights in The Resident prior to joining a Viking Ocean Cruise leaving out of Greenwich. We stayed at the same hotel on a previous trip and liked the hotel and its proximity to many great restaurants theatres. The hotel staff was very welcoming and the hotel is immaculate and well maintained.

Our stay at the Resident Covent Garden was superb! The staff were incredibly helpful and gracious every single day of our 7 day visit to London. Our room was beautifully appointed with lots of space and amenities and extra little touches were appreciated. It was such a pleasure coming "home" after busy days of walking and site seeing, to friendly faces and happy hour - which we enjoyed daily! We truly enjoyed everything about this hotel and would recommend to anyone looking for a great spot in a fantastic location. Thank you!!

Hotel was amazing! Great location for visiting London for the first time. We got in early and they stored our bags for us for the few hours till our room was ready. They also surprised us with decorating our room for our long awaited honeymoon. Staff were super attentive and helpful, with recommendations for dining when asked and to help make sure the room was nice and comfortable and very clean. It was quiet as well, even with how busy the streets are outside you'd never know when in your room. The kitchenette in the room was great as well. Highly recommend The Resident Covent Garden and will stay here again when returning to London. The Resident hotels are worth the $$!

We had a wonderful stay at The Resident Covent Garden. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and our room was comfortable with excellent air conditioning, which was especially appreciated.

The location is fantastic—very central and convenient for exploring London, with many attractions, restaurants, shops, and transportation options within easy reach.

The only drawback was that the room was on the smaller side, especially when traveling with luggage. However, this is understandable given the hotel’s prime central London location and did not take away from our overall experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend The Resident Covent Garden to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, friendly, and ideally located hotel in London. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at the Resident Covent Garden on a 3-day stay in London after a cruise. I had room 501, which I recommend. The room itself was a bit sterile and modern, but it had a beautiful bathroom, a small kitchenette, and a sweet little balcony. I loved the location, with many bars, restaurants and theatres right outside in the neighborhood. Also loved being able to walk to Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Churchill War Museums, the British Museum (all within 20 minutes walk from hotel). The reception and cleaning staffs were both great . The hotel and room were super clean and had everything I needed. I was able to pack a lot of activity and music into my 3 day stay, and a big reason for that was the reliability and great location of this hotel!

Great hotel near everything. Rooms were very clean and the staff was very accommodating. Rooms are also very small so if you have more than twoluggage, it’s gonna be a very tight fit. My favorite part was definitely the location of this hotel. Everything was close by. 100% recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at The Resident Covent Garden. The location is unbeatable—everything was within walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring London. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the towels felt fresh and high quality. I also appreciated having a small kitchenette. We didn’t use it much, but having filtered water and a refrigerator was such a convenient touch. Above all, the staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I would definitely stay here again.

Looking for perfect hotel/location for a 60th bday trip and this ticked all the boxes. From arrival to departure the staff were some of the nicest we’ve ever encountered - Tommy & Chris were the ones we saw the most. This is a Boutique hotel just off The Strand and it was perfect. Rooms a nice size with every space carefully thought out. Loved the mini kitchen and brita filtered tap. Great rainfall shower and lovely size bathroom - we really enjoyed the TV speaker in bathroom. The aircon worked perfectly and really made a difference as it was late 27 out. We will definitely stay here again.
