The location was excellent--close to many restaurants and shops and also close to several train stations which made it easy to get around. The facility was safe and clean with friendly, courteous and helpful staff. The room was well appointed and had everything you could ask for--comfortable bed and pillows, enclosed kitchenette, closet with safe, ironing board, iron and shelves, small desk with chairs, nice big windows with good window treatments for privacy, nice bathroom with strong water pressure in shower and heated towel bar. Could not have asked for anything more.
I cannot think of anything that I did not like.

We stayed in a junior suite for three on a higher floor, with a balcony looking towards Covent Garden. The room had a small kitchen area with a fridge and tea-making facilities, and the air conditioning was very welcome during the summer heat.
The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and offered excellent restaurant recommendations. While I caught up on emails in the reception seating area, they generously served me a couple of glasses of Prosecco. On another evening, they delivered ice to our room along with two more glasses - a lovely touch.
The location is fantastic for exploring Covent Garden and central London. We would definitely stay again.
Nothing - the stay was excellent.
If anything, a couple of chairs on the balcony would have been a nice addition for enjoying a morning coffee.
Great location, staff were accommodating and helpful, made the stay more pleasurable. We stayed on a quiet side of the building.
The curtains were not fully blackout and let in some street light.

Location is perfect. Staff are excellent and the facility is very clean. No restaurant and bar and the rooms are a little small but there’s plenty to eat/drink around the hotel. Highly recommend.
