Location and cleanliness
The rooms were small, lack of welcoming lobby. Images made to imply it was grand - instead I felt like we were in an attic.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from Covent Garden. The room was comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
It was a little noisy outside at night. I also found a few hairs in the bathroom that weren’t mine, but overall the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

Location is great - easy walking distance from Charing Cross / Embankment stations. Staff were all excellent. Really top class. Friendly, helpful and efficient.
Slightly disappointed on arrival to find that the hotel bear little resemblance to what's portrayed on Booking.com. Façade is much smaller, entrance is on a side street, and you feel like you're going in through the back door. Probably should have researched it better, but for the price, I expected a decent lounge / bar area, not a tiny side room off reception.
We have stayed before and will stay again. Lovely room, friendly and helpful staff.
Great location.
Not an issue at all for us but people should be aware that the hotel does not do breakfast. We walk to The Ivy which does an excellent breakfast. It's a few minutes away.
Location is perfect! Charing Cross or Covent Garden stations within a few mins walk, many shops, restaurants, cafés close-by. Staff is very friendly, rooms are comfortable and clean.

The A/C worked very well!
The shower is very narrow, and the dispensers are placed such that they further encroach on you while showering. The water is very very soft, and that makes the bathroom quite slippery. Be very careful stepping out of the high tub wall.
The phone in the room didn’t work, but lit up all night long.
Very high room cost for a hotel that has no amenities: no bar, restaurant, gym, pool, etc. You are paying for location and 24hr front desk.

We stayed at the hotel for five nights in a Superior Room, and this review refers to our stay in that room.
The room was spacious enough and included a convenient wardrobe and a small kitchenette. There was also a Brita water tap in the room, making it easy to refill drinking water. The air conditioning worked excellently. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was very quiet.
The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, and the hotel’s location was excellent.
The water pressure in the bathtub was a little weak.
