Pros:

Le lieu est apaisant, la piscine est parfaite. La salle de gym est fonctionnelle. Les appartements sont bien agencés et très calme

Cons:

Un peu excentré du centre, les personnes présentes étaient bruyantes ce qui nuit à la tranquillité du lieu

Peaceful apartments
Pros:

Great Location, lots of cafes, bars restaraumts close by. Ground floor Apartment was super clean big and well maintained. Good aircon, spacipus bathroom amd the comfiest big bed!!! Lots of hanging space for clothes etc. Kitchen well equipped. Nice outside space with table and chairs and even a hammock. Very peaceful in the day and at night. Pool was cleaned daily and was big, good for swimming and cooling off in the heat, great loungers and shaded area. I had a nice relaxing stay.

Séjour fabuleux, très bon rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse, magnifique, propre. Nous avons adoré la piscine privée et la piscine commune. Hôtel très végétalisé, jardin bien entretenu. Le coin est calme. Climatisation dans la chambre et le salon.

Cons:

Même si le personnel est très disponible et réactif par message, il n'y a jamais personne à l'accueil. Certains équipements pourraient être remplacés (matelas de la piscine commune sales). Nous aurions apprécié un room service car nous sommes restés plusieurs jours (pour changer la poubelle notamment). Pas d'eau potable disponible dans l'établissement.

Le cadre de l'hôtel est vraiment très beau, la suite junior avec piscine privée est vraiment top !! C'est spacieux et bien équipé et les instructions pour l'arrivée autonome sont bien claires.

Cons:

Attention, l'hôtel est loin du centre ville à pied. Il est préférable d'avoir une voiture. Parking le long de l'hôtel.

Un petit paradis à Tulum
Pros:

La position du Condo dans le quartier de la Veleta, nous sommes à 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville. Vous pouvez louer des vélos à l’hôtel. Il y a une rue à proximité avec plein de restaurants. La Taqueria à 3 minutes à pied est un délice !
Il y a des places de parking si vous avez loué scooter ou voiture. Nous avions loué la suite avec piscine privative ; un bonheur ! Il y a une grande piscine au milieu de la résidence. Merci à toute l’équipe. Diana

A peaceful, clean, and comfortable stay that truly felt like home in Tulum.
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Panacea Condo Tulum. The property was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and I truly felt at home during my time there. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important for both work and staying connected.

The atmosphere was relaxing, the grounds were beautiful, and the unit had everything I needed for an extended stay. I enjoyed it so much that I’m already considering returning for a month-long visit.

I noticed some previous reviews mentioned the location, but personally I found it very walkable. The only real challenge at times was the Tulum heat, not the distance itself.

Overall, a wonderful experience and I would gladly stay again.
