Location is fantastic. Rooms have been updated (studio) and the bathrooms were amazing!

Cons:

Maybe you could uddate the pillows. Mine were very uncomfortable. Your decking could also do with a revamp as the timber is looking weatherd.
The noise that comes from the patrons downstairs is vey loud!!! Maybe midnight cap on opening as patrons want to sleep.

Pros:

The room was huge and opened on to the balcony. Bed comfortable and snacks with the breakfast box was great.

Cons:

Unfortunately room 10 is above the Poker machine lounge which could clearly be heard...even with ear plugs. The poker machine venue opens at 10am and closes at 1am.
