Excellent location. Cafes, shops etc all walking distance. Would highly recommend.
Pros:

Had a deluxe room. Newly renovated. Very spacious, awesome shower, bed comfortable. Couldn’t complain at all with our room.

Lovely old hotel, pleasant staff, good location but poor TV reception, and no seating in room
Pros:

This was a lovely old hotel, with pleasant staff. Parking was easy. The location was good, close to a variety of shops and Coles supermarkets.

Cons:

There was no proper seating in the room, just a padded bench at the end of the bed. There was seating on the balcony outside the room, but it was not somewhere we wanted to sit, because it looked over a busy intersection. TV reception was bad. Could only get one station - SBS which is a favourite - but the screen went fuzzy at the top quite often. The potholes on the road into Daylesford were bad, and we were moving all over the road to try and avoid them. It felt dangerous.

Quick and simple getaway for the weekend.
Pros:

Location was close to all the facilities through walking distances. Parking wise was flexible and quiet during this less busy period of time in winter.

Pros:

Central in daylesford

Cons:

Spa room ... we were 3 guests and only 2 towels ... no basin in room only in the bathroom next to the toilet. Housekeeping only changed bathroom but the kitchen was not and dirty cuttelery and plates remained till we left w nights later.
