Fantastic, unexpectedly good.
Pros:

Great setting, great food, great people

Cons:

Only 1 complaint. Received an email after booking from reception asking if we'd like mini bar items, booking at restaurant so the room could be prepped and none of it was done.
Only thing that annoyed me but the staff on site and the room made up for that.

The location + views are the star of the show! Also, comfortable room and helpful staff.

Cons:

The gallery was closed for a private event so I could not access it for the duration of my stay. It was one of the reasons I had chosen to stay there.

Comfortable stay with a worldclass view and great service!
Pros:

Stunning views, great service, comfortable and spacious rooms with a view.

Cons:

There free is nothing not to like. The restaurant could invest in offering a bigger gluten free variety at breakfast.

Comfortable, scenic and great value
Pros:

View was awesome and room very spacious and comfortable as well as the cocktail bar had great service and view.

Cons:

Unfortunately our service lady at dinner had no idea what she was doing.
Did not know the menu and pulled her face when we were asking about vegetarian dishes as well as had no idea on drink stock etc.
Was a real negative to great food we received.
We even cancelled our desert as she got it wrong twice.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful,it was clean the food was great its a 10/10 definitely recommend going here.

Cons:

They had maintenance from early the morning on the 8th floor and cleaning late which disturbed one's sleep.
