The room was a great size, large shower and bath, and a great view! Busy undergoing renovations, but that did not affect our stay. The breakfast was outstanding so we were very impressed!

Always neat and clean with exceptional breakfast
The staff was amazing from the time I booked I was kept in the loop regarding the special request made, I was allowed to come in early to do drop offs. My room was upgraded to one with a balcony at no extra cost and this too was communicated with me before I got there. Their decoration team did a great job. The front staff was so helpful and always eager to assist. I brought a cake which they allowed me to keep in their fridge and took care of it.
My gf and I left the room early on Saturday as we had somewhere to be, we came back after 12noon and room wasn’t cleaned, we then decided to leave again and came back after 2pm but to our suprise the room was still not cleaned we ended up putting a DND sign as we were tired and slept. Our booking had a breakfast option and while we enjoyed the breakfast the sourdough bread was too hard to cut, muffins were stale but the other food was great.

I booked for 2 days just to relax and use the facilities Could not use the jacuzzi or swimming pool.at the spa there was a private meeting was not available for the afternoon. Was so disappointed that I check out a day early.The moring i asked if I could have breafast for free seeing that im booking out a day early was told No and I would be charged for the breakfast. then I asked if I could have a coffee was told there's coffee in the room to make and drink and if I wanted a coffee in the restaurant I would have to pay I did not argue with anyone..The person that checked me out was a trainee as she had someone with her to explain how to do the check out procedures..im 71 years old I don't argue anymore if im not happy I move on..the previous time the pool and jacuzzi was also not working due to renovations..when I booked in I asked if the pool was available and the jacuzzi i was told yes it's available but when I went the doors were looked and the lady told me it was closed for the day.will not go there again kind regards Manny
The staff were super friendly and had alot of personality, really felt so welcome.
More Milk and sugar in the room to accomodate the length of your stay.
We love the views from this hotel. It is also centrally situated so you can easily move around different shopping malls or attractions. We were also greeted by very friendly staff.
And the breakfast buffet is great!
It seems like the hotel needs a bit of "tlc" as the furniture is very outdated and old.
The air conditioning was also not working making these lovely sunny rooms extremely uncomfortable. This was our 2nd time we visited and mentioned it. Hope they get it sorted soon!
