Abdul, was extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room service was excellent—whenever we called, everything we needed was delivered promptly. The room was always neat and spotless.

A special thanks to Marwan, the waiter who worked the night shift in the shisha area. He was very polite, cooperative, and attentive, ensuring everything we requested was provided on time. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.

Pakistan origin , I explained that I am Indian, not an issue fir me after which , I was grabbed by my r shirt and almost assaulted. Kept saying Pakistan which hotel you staying , During my stay, I was asked to produce my room key everywhere . Others walked in with no problem. I was staying for three nights on my own with no guests visiting. It’s clear they have had a problem with a particular country. I do not think it was personal.

Cons:

Notre chambre côté piscine (qui n'est hélas pas utilisée en tant que piscine!?) avec des fêtards et une musique trop forte jusqu'au petit matin. Lieu bruyant, fatiguant et parfois mal fréquenté "Hôtel pour adultes"... et casino jouxtant l'hôtel. Vraiment tout sauf reposant

الأمر الأكثر استياءً هو سوء تعامل الموظفين وعدم احترامهم للنزلاء، بالإضافة إلى محاولة طلب رشوة بشكل غير مباشر. وعندما رفضت دفع أي مبلغ غير مستحق، ساءت المعاملة بشكل ملحوظ.

كما طلبت حجز طاولة لمشاهدة المباراة، وتم إبلاغي بعدم إمكانية الحجز، ثم فوجئت قبل بدء المباراة بأن جميع الطاولات كانت محجوزة، في تصرف يفتقر إلى الشفافية والمصداقية.

ومن الممارسات غير المقبولة أيضًا رفض استقبال أي زائر داخل الفندق، سواء كان رجلًا أو امرأة، دون توضيح مبرر واضح أو التعامل مع النزلاء بأسلوب مهني ولائق، مما يعكس سوء الإدارة والتعامل.
