Enjoying stay except for the hard sell at Murano
Pros:

It was in a great location and very clean and as shown in the pictures

Cons:

They offered for me to go to the Murano glass blowing factory saying it was 1 hour of presentation and then I could go the the next destination.

It was actually about 10 minutes of presentation of the glass blowing and then the next hour of hard sell of very expensive products to the point where I didn’t feel like I could leave without purchasing. It actually ruined my entire day and the plans I had made to do sightseeing. I was not left alone the entire time I was there. So just beware if you are offered the complimentary tour. If it’s what you liked to buy great, but if you’re like me and wasn’t expecting it, beware!

A truly excellent hotel, with a perfect location, beautiful spaces and outstanding staff.
Pros:

The staff was absolutely excellent. Everyone was very polite, professional and extremely responsive; whatever we asked for, they reacted immediately and always with a positive attitude. A special mention to Maria, the front desk manager, who was truly exceptional. She helped us a lot with the arrangements for all our rooms and also with our transfers, which can be quite complicated in Venice. Her assistance made everything much easier and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was excellent, from the service to the overall experience.

Pros:

The best possible location! Definitely worth paying a premium to be on the ground Canal. The staff and check-in process was one of the best experienced in Europe. Comfortable tooms and great air-conditioning.

Bien mais sans charme
Pros:

Fonctionnel bien tenu et vue réelle sur le canal même si pres du Rialto n’est pas le meilleur endroit. Roof top plaisant en été et personnel très courtois

Cons:

Aseptisé aucun charme ce que j’aurai aimé à Venise mais finalement ce n’est pas à reprocher à l’hôtel, c’est moi qui ai mal choisi.
Un petit point : 32 euros le petit déjeuner cela paraît exorbitant… nous avons préféré prendre un café dehors.

My favorite memory and hotel from our trip to Italy
Pros:

The staff greeted us with and invited us to have a seat for checking in and offered a glass of prosecco. Then shared great suggestions and a map to enjoy the city. The room felt incredibly spotless, well furnished with everything we needed. It was beautiful as well. The rooftop bar was perfect for a drink and snacks. Expert cocktails. I slept so well at night. This stay felt effortless, refined and luxurious.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything that would make me reconsider staying here. It was spotless and modern and beautiful and comfortable. We were treated so well. And I could see other guests being treated similarly. Easily my favorite stay from our trip to Italy which included 4 cities.

Sehr gute Lage und besonders freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Super Ausblick auf den Canale Grande und sehr schönes Gebäude. Zimmer (Suite) mit aufmerksamen Details, schön gestaltet.

Cons:

Alles gut, Zimmer (Suite) sind -wie in Venedig üblich- nicht allzu gross, also mit Kindern ggf. zusätzliches Zimmer buchen. Aber: man fährt auch nicht nach Venedig, um im Zimmer zu sitzen. War angemessen gross für Venedig und wirklich komfortabel, liebevolle Details.

Upscale hotel on the canal in the center of the city
Pros:

The hotel is in a wonderful location. It is truly at the center of the city so you can easily walk any where. It is very close to the vaporetto stop as well. The hotel is along the canal and there are many restaurants and the bustling crowds. The room was wonderful with excellent amenities and plush towels and bathrobes. The breakfast was in a lovely location and the selections were delicious and very varied. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend the hotel.

Luxury Stay on the Grand Canal!

The property was in a good location right on the canal. There were many places to eat and shop nearby. Our room and bed were so nice! The staff couldn’t have been any nicer.
