حسينا ان الفندق حنون و الموقع ممتاز حولكم كل شي تقريباً مشي 10 دقيقة للساحة الغرف واسعه .. وفي مطاعم لذيذه حول الفندق والموظفين وايد خدومين.. طلبنا سائق من الفندق يأخذنا من ميناء رافينا ورتبوا لنا السيارة والتاكسي المائي وسهلوا علينا الرحله بالكامل

Sehr zentrale Lage

Cons:

Internet funktionierte unzuverlässig. Frühstück ist mit EUR 35 pro Person zu teuer. Die Zimmer werden auf 21 grad hieruntergekühlt. Das ist zu viel. Unser Zimmer war ziemlich klein. Der Preis aber hoch.
Auf der Rooftop Bar kostet ein Cola Zero (2 dl) 8 Euro. Und man wird ständig von Tauben belästigt

Pros:

Everything, the room was quiet and the air conditioning was great. It was extremely hot and this was a welcome treat to come back to. The beds are very comfortable. The staff was very helpful with recommendations and lining up a water taxi for travel back to airport.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub in Venedig

Sehr zentrale Lage, schöne und geräumige Zimmer. Ein richtiges Highlight ist die Rooftop Bar, am Abend ist es dort einfach nur herrlich zu sitzen und auf den Canale Grande zu schauen. Das Rezeptionsteam ist sehr sehr freundlich, sehr bemüht, vielen Dank dafür. :-)

Cons:

Der junge Kellner in der Rooftop Bar am Donnerstag Abend war sehr unfreundlich, hat nichts geredet, die Gläser laut auf den Tisch gestellt, ... das ist uns leider negativ aufgefallen.Das restliche Personal war sehr höflich, freundlich,
bemüht.

Great hotel and location! Very chic!
Pros:

A must stay if you are staying in Venice. Location is absolutely perfect. You are close to the city center and can walk anywhere. Rooms were beautiful and had all the amenities. Staff was absolutely 5 star. The staff took the time to explain all the amenities and were quick to ensure we had transfers scheduled and dining experiences. A true 5 star hotel!

Do not think twice about staying here! It is perfect!
Pros:

The location was incredible. A water taxi picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the front door of the hotel. The hotel, decor, rooms, breakfast and staff were all incredible! Oh! And the rooftop bar is an absolute gem. 10/10!

Cons:

Nothing! Was absolutely perfect!

Sehr schöne , gepflegte Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal. Wir waren insgesamt 10 Tage in dem Hotel und können es sehr empfehlen. Zi 110 und Zi 202.

Great Hotel and Service
Pros:

We had the pleasure of staying at the H10 Palazzo Canova in June of 2026. Not only was this a top notch hotel, with a stunning location, facilities and beauty, it was the service level that the staff provided which sets it apart. From helping me coordinate transportation to the hotel from the cruise ship, back to the airport, and restaurant and sightseeing recommendations while we were there. , they made this trip truly special. Thanks!

A great place to stay in Venice
Pros:

On the Grand Canal so easy to move around Venice.
Staff were fantastic and helped us with water taxi booking from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport.
Breakfast was good.
Room was great and comfortable. Was lovely coming back into the hotel and air conditioning after a day out sightseeing!

Cons:

Only gripe was to do with the roof bar service and the staff member requesting what % tip we would like to include! Just a bit ‘forward’!
