Pros:

Todo el hotel (de decoración elegante y moderno)es excelente. De las habitaciones destaco la limpieza, la comodidad de las camas y almohadas y el aire acondicionado porque son aspectos importantes para mi. En cuanto al personal del hotel es inmejorable, en especial el de recepción, que es magnífico. Por último, pero no menos importante es su ubicación la cual es perfecta: Rialto (ideal porque si utilizas el vaporetto esta parada está abierta de día y de noche).

Staying here was one of the highlights of my trip! Will stay again
Pros:

We stayed in a Junior Suite Grand Canal room which was 11/10 worth the money. The room was huge, clean, and you cannot beat the views of the canal (even from the bathroom!). Staff was friendly and helpful - they recommended a good spot for dinner. The location is very central and so convenient to get anywhere with the Rialto and S. Silvestro ferry stops so close. I wondered if it would be too busy or touristy being so close to the Rialto bridge, but the hotel is just far enough down the path and sound proof that it wasn't noticeable at all. We did not do the breakfast, but there are a few cafes a couple minutes away.

Para israfı bir otel. Odalardan ibaret, hiçbir artısı yok, teras bar ve kahvaltı çok kötü.
Pros:

Kahvaltıya inip 30 dakika içinde geri geldiğimizde oda çoktan temizlenmiş oluyordu. Otelin housekeeping servisi gerçekten olağanüstü.

Cons:

İlk olarak bu otelden rezervasyon yapmayı düşünenlere söyleyebilirim ki; otel sadece odalardan ibaret. Başka hiçbir ekstrası, bonusu, faydası yok. Teras bar kısmında sigara dahi içilmesine izin vermiyorlar doğru düzgün. Onun yerine dışarıda da akşam içeceklerinizi içebilirsiniz. İlla teras bara gerek yok. Ön kısımdaki tırabzanlar manzarayı kesiyor zaten. Kahvaltısı da çok kötüydü. Çeşit olmamakla birlikte lezzetli de değildi. Ayrıca kahvaltı servisleri 07.30 - 10.30 arasında. Yani tatilde bu saatte kahvaltıya zorlanmak da çok kötü. Konum bakımından da ekstra avantaj olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Venedik ana kısmına ulaşmak için her halükarda otobüs ve vapuretto olmak üzere iki vesait alıyorsunuz. Bu otele iki kişi 3 gün için 65.000 TL ödediğime çok pişman oldum. 20.000 TL'lik otel de aynıydı üstelik. Onun yerine kalan parayı İtalya'da harcayabilirdim. Asla fiyat performans değil, biraz da hayal kırıklığı diyebilirim. Daha uygun otellere yönelin, hepsi aynı. Verdiğin 3/10 puanı da temizliği ve hızlı housekeeping servisine veriyorum.

Hôtel de rêve, décoration élégante mais bar à éviter.
Pros:

Les chambres luxueuses, biens équipées, très propres, climatisées, avec une gamme de produits de toilette de haute qualité.
Le personnel accueillant, souriant et disponible, prêt à renseigner à tout moment avec toujours un gentil mot.
Le petit déjeuner parfait ! Copieux et à volonté avec des produits de qualité et un service de premier ordre.

Cons:

Le Bar en rooftop. Sincèrement c’est la raison pour laquelle je n’ai pas mis 10/10 parce que le reste était génial.
Mais le Bar… je ne sais que dire… des Bellinis (qui n’étaient pas mauvais mais mousseux : blanc d’œuf? ce n’est pas la recette) servis dans des mini verres pour 38€ les deux verres. On peut comprendre qu’en roof top avec une vue sur le grand canal et le Rialto les prix soient plus élevés (mais quand même pas à ce point), mais la qualité et la quantité doivent être à la hauteur ce qui malheureusement n’est pas le cas.

A good place to explore Venice. Clean, comfortable, and excellent staff.
Pros:

Good location and friendly staff. Rooftop terrace for food and drinks a good spot to spend an hour or two. Gondola service immediately outside the hotel.

Cons:

Expensive breakfast so we elected to eat outside the hotel.
