Wonderful stay at the H10
Pros:

This is an excellent choice if you want to be close to all the activities. The hotel is beautiful and the service was top notch. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful arranging transportation and activities. The rooftop bar was a nice surprise and a great place to finish the day. We would definitely be back

Great experience
Pros:

Hotel is very nice and the rooftop bar has fantastic views and incredible drinks. Luca and Shohag at the bar were great and even showed me how they make some of the drinks of which the Marco Polo was the best drink I’ve ever had. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. The rooftop bar has amazing views and fabulous cocktails. We had a suite with a pullout couch for our daughter, which was very comfortable. We had plenty of room and the set up aloud for privacy and the ability to get ready without waking up someone sleeping. Dock at the door provides ability for a taxi to and from the train station, airport, and anywhere else you need, including suitcases.

Lovely hotel on the Grand Canal
Pros:

Lovely hotel on the Grand Canal. The rooms are clean and large by Venice standards. After a day of exploring it was nice to go up to the rooftop bar for a drink before dinner. The staff here are lovely, they pre warned us that the water taxis would not be running after 7:30am on the day of arrival due to the Vogalonga rowing race allowing us to arrange transportation earlier. They even took our mobile number so they could call us when the room was ready earlier. Amazing!

Magical Venice
Pros:

A truly magical stay at H10 Palazzo Canova. Jacob was absolutely incredible — his recommendations for the opera, gondola experiences, restaurants and day trips completely elevated our time in Venice. Nothing was too much trouble, and his warmth, knowledge and attention to detail made us feel so welcomed from the moment we arrived. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional and the entire experience felt effortlessly elegant and memorable. Highly recommend.
