Pros:

Great location, very steep path uphill (taxi gets you there easily), which gives you a beautiful view of the city! Super spacious and clean room with balcony and bath tub (upper floor). Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice.

Nydelig hotell med perfekt beliggenhet
Pros:

Fine store rom, nydelig utsikt, god frokost, veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personell, perfekt beliggenhet til gamlebyen og alt man trenger. Et av de beste hotellene vi har bodd på ila vårt fire ukers opphold i Georgia, anbefales!

Cons:

Ingenting ved hotellet, kan nevnes at det er en svørt bratt bakke opp foran hotellet hvor man bør passe på hvor man står parkert. Vi fikk bilen ripet opp av en forbikjørende som vi ikke fikk tak i, og fikk litt styr ut av det, så bare vær obs på hvor man parkerer. Fikk forøvrig utrolig god hjelp av hotellet til å håndtere situasjonen med leiebil etc.

Отель находится в живописном, тихом месте. Много достопримечательностей в шаговой доступности. Персонал очень вежливый, внимательный. Завтрак очень вкусный. В номере супер чисто. Убирались каждый день, каждый день меняли полотенца и ставили бутылки с водой.

Lovely hotel with a fantastic breakfast and very friendly personnel
Pros:

The hotel is in a very good location for exploring the old city, and has fabulous views! The lobby is also very interesting, with the archaeological finds that were dug up when they constructed the hotel and describing some of the history of it and Tbilisi.

It’s a little steep to get to it

Администратор Элена очень помогла в последний день пребывания, когда у нас была задержка рейса около 10 ч.
Завтраки- шведский стол с разнообразным выбором блюд
Уборка каждый день со сменой белья, полотенец. Вода, чай, кофе предоставлялись
В ванной комнате были умывальные принадлежности, тапочки
В номере большой балкон с чудесным видом на город.
Удобное расположение самого отеля относительно центра старого города

Cons:

Для нас, людей невысоких, кровать оказалась нормальной. Людям с высоким ростом кровать покажется недостаточной длины.

Close to the centre but sitting in a hill (very steep)
Pros:

The view from the breakfast room is very nice and from some of the rooms (not the single one). Breakfast is alright, some additional continental items could be added but it is great to have some local food like lobini. The size of the single room is very decent, the shower works well and the mattress is comfortable. The hotel is located very much in the city center. The room counts with a small balcony and AC. I really liked the little museum with archeological items found during the excavation, they were nicely exposed with information about them. The decoration of the hotel is lovely, it looks modern without losing its identity.

Cons:

While the hotel is located in the center, it is incredibly steep to get there. The stairs that lead you to the hotel are poorly maintained, the steep incline plus raining is a huge problem. The staff could do an effort to be more hospitable, the check-in was ok-ish but the check-out was terrible, she didn't say a word to us, not even a hello or a goodbye. The room had some smudges on the wall (on top of the bed) which didn't look great on a first sight (although the room and bedsheets were clearly clean), the bathroom could do with improvements as well, the sink furniture while being super basic was old and paint cracked around the edges, the towel holder was falling apart and the shower tiles/paint could also be updated... the AC settings were quite cold, while it seemed it was easy to change the temperature, it would automatically revert to 17C, so it was quite cold. The shampoo and shower gel are not good, this needs to improve.

Pros:

Очень приветливый персонал и хозяин! Место расположение просто сказка!!! За таким видом люди поднимаються высоко в горы, а здесь достаточно выйти на балкон. Особенно хочеться выделить завтраки: они на протяжении нашей недели отдыха , за исключением 4 базовых блюд не повторялись ни разу, и еда была приготовлена с любовью и по домашнему вкусно! И отдельное спасибо девочкам, которые убирали номер. Постель менялась через день, в ванной каждый день блестел каждый краник, все принадлежности пополнялись каждый день. Еще раз огромное спасибо и хозчяну и персоналу за труд и прекрасную атмосферу в отеле. Мы обязательно к вам вернемся!!!
