Tolles Hotel in top Lage zur Altstadt
Pros:

Top Lage direkt an der Altstadt trotz steilem Weg zum Hotel 😉. Sauber, grosses Zimmer, ruhig, gute Klimaanlage, gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Zustand des Zimmers hätte z. T. kleineres „Update“ nötig. Z. B. Vorhangschiene, zerrissener Vorhang, defekte Jalousie in Badezimmer. Aber für einen tollen Aufenthalt, den wir hatten, nicht gravierend.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, nice selection of food. Room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The view from our room (19) wasnt the best which was disapointing. We asked for a parking space and were told one would be reserved but we had to park on the street they dont have a car park.

Очень приятные люди на ресепшен! Отель с прекрасной панорамой , греющей душе вечерами . Отель телепортирует нас в древнюю Грузию , он высечен в скале и имеет внутри древние артефакты найденные при раскопках . Балкон давал мне прекрасное чувство умиротворения вечерами !

Amazing location and staff right on Tbilisi
Pros:

The hotel has a nice style and historical appeal. The location is amazing since it is bit high just below the fortress so you have a super view of the city. Breakfast and service are very good. The staff is friendly

Cons:

Sometimes you feel that they could more to maintain the hotel and facilities better. Some details are not fully taken care of, for example the terrace that is abandoned in the middle of the summer

Pequeno almoço muito variado e saboroso. Funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos.
Pequeno almoço confeccionado com cuidado e com ingredientes de qualidade.
Em resumo: muito bom

Cons:

Casa de banho um pouco antiga. Podia ser renovada.
Balcão (varanda) deverá ser reparado e pintado.
Deviam colocar plantas na varanda e cuidar delas.

Pros:

Расположение отеля.Размер номера.Наличие чайника.Вид из окна( балкона).Приветливый персонал.Отличный завтрак.Постельное белье..

Cons:

При заезде не был вымыт унитаз( в номере номер 17) Огорчило.Крышка унитаза сдвинута.Плесень возле раковины(((

Perfect
Pros:

The key B’s were perfect: bed, balcony, breakfast, bath. Loved it! Oh and it had a mini museum.

Cons:

Nothing really. The reviews re the sulphur smell were accurate (but I assume thats due to the proximity of the sulphur baths), the road is steep (but that gives you the great views and quiet street), a few odd bits of maintenance could be sorted (but I’d rather look at the big picture rather than nitpick). The only comment I would make is why not more of the gorgeous fresh fruit on sale and in local gardens (there was even a mulberry tree fruiting across the road) rather than just a small bowl of watermelon.

Excellent staff, great views, dreadful steep hill.
Pros:

Great staff. Great views of the lively city centre, especially the stunning Holy Trinity Cathedral. Fantastic breakfast.

Cons:

The lovely hotel is about 200 metres up a very steep hill which wasn’t mentioned in any of the reviews I’d read. Not suitable for elderly or disabled.
