Karthik made the best prata / roti canai in KL right here at the breakfast buffet in this hotel. The hotel rooms are comfy and big too. Love to come back to the Pavillion for all my stays in KL

This was my fourth visit to Kuala Lumpur, and I found the Pavilion area very easy to navigate. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Everyone greeted guests with warm smiles and appeared dedicated to providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet was well-maintained, clean, and offered a delicious variety of options. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

No regret no mistake for choosing this hotel for staycation. We really enjoyed staying, dining, using facilities (gym) and discerning shopping at Pavilion KL. Excellent ambience, vibe, cleanliness, hospitality and cosiness. We're made very comfortable by Mr. Frankie who went extra mile to assist us while waiting to move into our room, after check in. Breakfast was delicious and with a wide selection. Excellent service by Kimi, Anita, Nurul and others. In fact after a few days, we returned to Courtyard Restaurant for dinner on a Saturday evening. Also, many thanks to Mdm. Ader for efficient booking arrangements and good advice. We will return here again. Keep it up, you all!

Loved the rooms and ammenities. The brekkie was amazing, especially Ismail from the food/drinks part. He was very attentive and friendly. Thank you Ismail, for making our experience even more pleasurable. :)

Not our first time here, service wise has been the same as the previous visit. However, the breakfast teh Tarik has impressed me this time round. Made by Ismail and serve by Anita. Good hospitality service from both of them.

Great service and location.

The hotel location is great and the staff were really nice. The breakfast choices were mostly Asian but the best was the chapati station! Chef Karthik was super friendly and made them perfectly. Definitely would stay there again

Loved the hotel and staff were amazing our house keeper Hery kept our space very neat. Everyday they light an oil burner in your room with beautiful smells and a new sent every day. Included daily breakfast has to be the largest and best we have ever experienced. Loved this place for location as well with the sky bridge as well as shopping centre it’s an easy air-conditioned walk.

​I would like to place on record a special commendation for Karthik at the breakfast station. He worked tirelessly to fulfill every guest's order without complaint, maintaining a superb work ethic throughout a busy morning service. Well done to the entire team—I highly recommend this property.

Clean room with good amenities, friendly and approachable staff especially the courtyard staff Mr Ismail always served with a smile. Mr Ismail made the best teh tarik for us!
