An outstanding stay with exceptional service, an excellent location and wonderful staff. We highly recommend this hotel

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely rate this as a true 5-star hotel. The location is perfect, with direct access to Pavilion Mall and many attractions within walking distance. The entire staff was warm, welcoming and always greeted us with a smile. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, who were incredibly kind, efficient and kept our room spotless every day. We especially appreciated the thoughtful surprise for my husband’s birthday. The beautiful decorations and delicious cake made the celebration truly memorable. We would also like to thank the concierge team, who were exceptionally helpful with recommendations, transportation and any questions we had throughout our stay.
