Excelentw atencion
Pros:

La atencion del personal, super amables, nos atendieron muy bien

Cons:

Poco, quizas para destacat el dia ibicial estaban todas las habitaciones ocupadas y nos enviaron al hotel de enfrente, donde no habia disponible ascensor, estaba en un 5 piso y la habitacion diferente a la acordada, de igual manera fue una buena noche tambien. Otro tema a destacar es q me hicieron el descuento a la tarjeta de credito, cuandl se habia indicado que se paga en el hotel

مكيف لا يعمل وانتظرتهم حتى يوم 8 يونيو وهو اليوم الثاني من اقامتي ولم يقومو باصلاح المكيف واظطررت للمغادرة واخذت فندق اخر واطالب بتعويضي عن هذا الامر الكارثي

Really great time in grand moon hotel with the kind staffs.
Pros:

For me most importantly was the staffs, they were so friendly and caring and considerate, you could ask whatever you need and they try their best to meet your needs.

Good value in Taxsim
Pros:

I had a good stay at the Grand Moon hotel with a nice room and good staff. Mohamed spoke English well and was very helpful always offering tea when I came in. He also showed me a laundry place around the corner that was good. Good items about the hotel are location 5 minute walk from Taxsim square and metro, 7 minute walk from the Havaist airport bus, and the hotel was affordable.

Cons:

I had room 101 near the reception which could get loud. On my last night 29 May the staff were playing videos really loud on their phones until 12 midnight so I got little sleep. Please inform the staff that they should be quiet and respectful of their guests. Room was comfortable and large.

Comfortable hotel and close to Taksim and main road.
Pros:

Very close to Taksim metro, about 10-15 walks. Many restaurants nearby. If you are taking metro from airport, this is best location.
