Wunderschöne alte Villa am Rande der Altstadt mit viel Charm und Liebe eingerichtet. Toller Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Appartement hatte sehr viel Charm und war doch modern in Bad und Küche. Der Balkon war besonders schön und hatte einen wunderschönen Blick in den üppigen Garten.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas sparsam, die Pfanne zerkratzt und das Geschirr nicht so hochwertig wie der Rest der Wohnung.

Die Lage in der Altstadt, der kleine Balkon mit Blick in einen kleinen Garten und die absolute Ruhe.
Die Reinigungsintervalle, die sehr netten Mitarbeiterinnen.
Sehr gute Matratzen!

Cons:

Es wäre schön, wenn es neben dem bequem.en Sessel noch eine zweite bequeme Sitzgelegenheit gäbe.

Zentral und liebreizend
Pros:

Sie liegt äußerst zentral. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll altmodisch eingerichtet. Der Balkon gibt den Blick frei auf einen kleinen und bezaubernden Garten.
Der Besitzer ist sehr nett.
Garage für unsere Fahrräder war vorhanden.

Nostalgie pur - Wohnen wie in alten Zeiten, aber mit mehr Komfort
Pros:

Die wunderschön und liebevoll renovierte Wohnung direkt in der Altstadt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wenn auch die gewendelte Treppe (sehr schön und mit stabilem Geländer) für ältere Menschen eine Herausforderung ist. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig und wir konnten gut schlafen. Der Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten und den Turm des Doms ist toll. Wir sind direkt zum Parkplatz gefahren und dann zu Fuß mit Gepäck in die Hallergasse, was in wenigen Minuten problemlos zu bewältigen war.

Nur zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll renoviert, besonders auffällig sind schöne Details wie Wandfarbe und Bilder. Die Lage ist sehr charmant, unser Balkon war fantastisch, der Block auf Dom und Berge sehr romantisch. Organisatorisch hat alles reibungslos funktioniert.

Sehr schönes Appartment in toller Lage, aber unbequem wegen der kalten Zimmer.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, mitten in der Altstadt.

Cons:

Sehr teurer Parkplatz und leider war es im Appartment sehr kalt. Es ging keine von den Heizungen und leider auch nicht im Badezimmer, was im April sehr kalt war!

Pros:

Optimale Lage.Die Wohnung ist mit viel Gefühl für ein altes Haus eingerichtet worden. Der Charakter des Hauses wurde soweit wie möglich erhalten!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben wieder gebucht.
Vielen Dank an die Dame die unsere Wohnug wöchentlich tip top gereinigt hat.

Top ausgestattet. Alles da was man braucht für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Es war sehr sauber. Eine sehr schöne Einrichtung, außergewöhnlich. Die Lage ist super. Direkt in der Alten Stadt. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Und sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, mit denen man jederzeit kommunizieren kann. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Great location and host. Lovely city - the Trauttmansdorff botanical gardens are spectacular.
Pros:

Location is excellent, amazing view from the balcony and bedroom window. Hannes replied promptly to our questions. His help was much appreciated as parking in the old core of Merano is rather challenging.

Cons:

Internet (WiFi) was not working during our stay.

Definitely not worth the prize we paid, will not recommend the place. WiFi did not work because our apartment was at the

The location is good.

Cons:

The apartment was at the attic of the building and no elevator ( this information was not provided when I booked the property), the furnitures are outdated, the wifi never worked during our stay, there was no hairdryer in one bathroom, although the host provided one on the second day.

A pochissimi passi dal centro.

Cons:

Le indicazioni per raggiungerla erano sommarie e la disponibilità dell host, ( tra l’altro mai visto) , sommaria.
Vi troverete da pagare il posteggio a parte. 40€
Immagino vi siano situazioni più concorrenziali.
