Personnel très gentil, hôtel et équipements qui commencent sérieusement à vieillir.

Hôtel très bien situé au cœur du quartier Maarif de Casablanca

Cons:

Peut de lumière dans la salle de bain.
La carte du restaurant est inchangé depuis son ouverture !
Plus de bouilloire dans les chambres.

Everyone is sooo helpfull . plenty of variety for breakfast... and the bar outside is amazing...even with soo many guest, they just never seem to be tired .. always ready to help..

Overall, a good stay, but there is room for improvement.
Pros:

My stay at ONOMO Casablanca City Center was overall pleasant. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options for all tastes.

Cons:

The main drawbacks were the noise and the air conditioning. There was loud music every night coming either from outside the hotel or a nearby room until 2-3 AM, and despite reporting it to reception, no action was taken. In addition, the AC was not cooling the room properly. Since the room received direct sunlight for most of the day, we had to keep the curtains closed almost all the time to maintain a comfortable temperature. Rooms facing the entrance would benefit from better air conditioning.
