Pros:

El sitio,la ubicación y la tranquilidad

Cons:

Muy básico instalaciones antiguas, colchón malo y almohada muy baja, no tenían otra para poder cambiar, en el baño se oía la cisterna goteaba y no había secador ☹️ entiendo que por precio todo es aceptable pero un secador. El desayuno aceptable el día que estuvimos era lunes y nos quedamos sin fruta creo que tenían que hacer una previsión, te deja escoger la hora del desayuno fuimos a las 8:15 y los que pidieron delante se llevaron las últimas naranjas. Por le demás bien

Un hotel con encanto
Pros:

Nos gusta mucho el entorno en donde se encuentra. Es muy tranquilo y acogedor y las trabajadoras son muy amables.
Me gusta tanto este hotel, que es la tercera vez que repito en Arenas. Seguro que volveremos de nuevo.

The stay was good however, the experience was not as worth the money they charge.
Pros:

Pros:
1. The breakfast in the hotel was quite good. The staff was also helpful and they served the the same with a full heart and lovely smile in the morning.
2. The rooms were also cleaned everyday and towels replaced.
3. The location of the hotel is quite good as well and faces the mountains giving mesmerizing views in the morning. However, beware the direction to reach is quite difficult especially if you have a car. There is a narrow road that leads steep up to the hotel that cuts adjacent from the main road.
4. They have a WhatsApp service however, they reply quickly to all the queries.

1. The hotel room was having just very basic facilities and infrastructure such as old wardrobe with broken handles, old bed and chairs.
2. The ventilation in the room was quite poor as the hotel staff as well didn't had any fan (no air conditioning as well). We had to open windows during the night but that also didn't serve the purpose because it was too hot and it felt a bit uncomfortable having a ground floor room with windows opened at night.
3. There is no physical reception after a certain time in the day. So be prepared in advance to receive a WhatsApp message for instructions to get the keys of the room and chat on the same with them for anything.

En general esta bien, el desayuno bien y muy atentas la mujeres que nos atendieron.

Cons:

El baño no me pareció muy limpio, el WiFi no me funcionaba aunque igual era culpa de mi teléfono.
