Excellent Location and Value
Pros:

The location was excellent and the staff were all very nice.

Cons:

Nothing really. It was a nice property for the price. You can’t beat it. You have luke warm water for a shower and the AC worked amazingly well so no complaints.

Great stay at Holiday Inn Express Merida City Centre
Pros:

Great hotel to stay at if you want to experience Mérida and the area.
The location is incredibly convenient, right in the centre of Mérida, a five-minute walking distance to the main square.
The rooms are clean, beautiful and spacious. The beds are incredibly comfortable with really nice linens. The hotel offers quite good breakfast as well.
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, especially Mr Enrique. He is a real asset to the team and he really made our stay.
Overall, it’s definitely one of the best hotels to stay in Mérida.

Cons:

The breakfast was good, however, the restaurant is small, which sometimes makes it difficult for everyone. With some extra tables outside (in the patio) the problem would be solved.
Also, the swimming pool in the patio didn’t look clean so no one was actually using it.
Other than that, everything was absolutely great.

Отель оставил двоякое впечатление, но второй раз мне останавливаться в нем точно не захочется.
Pros:

Отличное месторасположение, чистый номер и хорошая ванная комната.
В номере есть фен, утюг и доска.

Cons:

В мае месяце из-за высоких температур и в том числе старых коммуникаций (отель в старой части города) возникают проблемы с электроснабжением.
А это значит, что можно быть в душе и остаться без света и воды. Свет потом включили, а вот воду, кондиционер и приточную вентиляцию- нет.
Отключения могут быть от 2 до 6 часов.
Здесь важно ставить в известность постояльцев сразу, до возможного отключения электричества, тогда хоть это будет ожидаемо и спокойно.
В такой жаре невозможно находиться в номере без воздуха и кондиционера, окна тоже не открываются.
После перелета хочется полежать, но это не предоставилось возможным.
Персонал очень плохо говорит на английском языке.

Reservamos por Booking y pagamos nuestra reserva nos hicieron un cargo por cancelación nos comunicamos con el hotel para explicar lo que había sucedido que fue un problema al momento del pago y no nos resolvieron nada pésimo el servicio de atención al cliente al igual que Booking llamamos y nos dijieron que hiciéramos la reserva otra vez volvimos a reservar y pagamos quedaron de enviarnos un correo para el reembolso y nunca llegó la verdad que el servicio de atención al cliente de Booking es una total mentira no te asisten en nada

Grote kamer in fijn hotel op goede locatie. Het personeel achter de balie was supervriendelijk. Er is ook een zwembad, perfect om in af te koelen.

Het ontbijt werd soms wat te laat aangevuld.

The location is perfect. Everything is walking distance.. Customer Service was amazing and there’s a person that opens

The location is right in the middle of the tourist streets. The breakfast was great. The attention when you arrive was outstanding. The beds were comfortable and the room was huge.

Naja...
Pros:

Großartige Lage, mitten im Zentrum. Öffentlichen Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel (gleiche Straße, gleicher Block, gleiche Seite nur 50 Meter entfernt) für 180 Pesos pro Nacht.

Cons:

Das Internet ging die ersten 24 Stunden nicht. Das Wasser in der Dusche ist warm aber nicht heiß und das Frühstück ist r.elativ enttäuschend (wir haben am zweiten Tag auswärts gefrühstückt) . Besonders negativ war, dass es keine alternative zur Kuhmilch gab und außer Toastbrot auch sonst nichts für Vegane Leute.
