Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Multiple reviews call rooms clean, but there are isolated issues (flooded room, pool not clean) so overall cleanliness is slightly above average.
Service
9.2
Consistently praised staff: 'Excelente atención', 'muy amables', individual mentions (e.g., Enrique) indicate very strong service.
Location
9.4
Repeatedly described as excellent and centrally located, walking distance to the main square; location is a standout strength.
Room Quality
7.6
Mixed feedback: some rooms are clean, spacious and beds comfortable, while others had issues (windowless room, too-soft mattress, leakage, cooling problems).
Amenities
7.2
Amenities show weaknesses: parking is absent/inconvenient, pool cleanliness questioned, small breakfast area and noisy/old AC system reported.
Value for Money
8.8
Several guests explicitly note good value and price; overall perceived as good value for the central location and service.
Food and Beverage
7.6
Breakfast is generally acceptable and varied, but complaints about coffee quality and limited restaurant space lower the score.
Overall Experience
9.2
Overall sentiment is very positive with many 'excellent' and 'great stay' reports despite some room/amenity issues; guests often recommend the property.

Sehr gutes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage
Pros:

Eigentlich war alles super.

Cons:
