The holiday was enjoyable would return to Los Olivios
Pros:

Venue was good, air conditioning good, balcony large, kitchen n bedroom were adequate

Cons:

The shower always run on to floor in bathroom n there was no mop in apt to mop it up! Quite a few marks on walls n plaster flaking off! The balcony especially plaster was flaking off n lounger was covered in white in morning.
Entertainment in the evening could have been better

Esperienza estremamente deludente. Purtroppo, dopo 7 giorni di soggiorno, sono molti più gli aspetti negativi di quelli positivi e, soprattutto, il comportamento del personale ha reso l’esperienza ancora peggiore.

Siamo arrivati al Los Olivos alle 10:30 del mattino, dopo essere partiti molto presto per prendere il volo. Eravamo consapevoli che il check-in fosse previsto dalle 15:00, quindi sapevamo di dover aspettare, ma la camera ci è stata consegnata solamente alle 16:00. Il problema non è stato tanto rispettare l’orario del check-in, quanto il totale disinteresse mostrato nei nostri confronti durante le circa 5 ore e mezza di attesa. Ci saremmo aspettati almeno un minimo di disponibilità e cortesia, soprattutto considerando che eravamo appena arrivati da un viaggio.

Il responsabile, invece, si è dimostrato fin dal primo momento estremamente sgarbato e maleducato, con un atteggiamento che ci ha lasciati subito molto negativamente colpiti.

A peggiorare ulteriormente la situazione è stata la questione dello sconto del 15% previsto per la spiaggia di Fañabé. Avevamo diritto allo sconto per il soggiorno, ma il responsabile ha cercato di sostenere che fosse valido solamente per un giorno. Quando abbiamo fatto presente quanto ci era stato comunicato, ci è stato risposto testualmente: “A me di quello che dice quello non importa, le cose sono così”. L’addetto alla spiaggia ci ha inoltre riferito che non era la prima volta che clienti del Los Olivos gli segnalavano lo stesso problema. Dopo aver dovuto discutere, lo sconto che ci spettava è stato finalmente applicato, ma sempre con un atteggiamento come se ci fosse stato concesso un favore, quando in realtà si trattava semplicemente di applicare quanto previsto.

Anche l’accoglienza all’interno della struttura è stata deludente. Ai nostri arrivi non è stato nemmeno indicato personalmente l’appartamento: ci è stata consegnata una semplice mappa e ci è stato detto, in sostanza, di trovarlo da soli.

Pros:

El complejo està muy bien, con buena accesibilidad por medio de rampas en todas las instalaciones. El personal muy atentos y cordiales. El apartamento era una segunda planta con azotea individual como solarium, con ducha incluida. Aunque está al lado de la playa y del centro de ocio, las instalaciones son muy tranquilas. Volveremos.
