Excelente alojamiento
Pros:

Ubicación excelente, cerca de restaurants, en la esquina hay una cervecería artesanal muy buena, cruzas la calle y puedes observar las ballenas en la distancia
Desayuno variado, lugar para tomar desayuno con vista hermosa, todo limpio y muy cómodo.

La ubicación (pleno centro) y la amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

Sería muy recomendable, de ser posible, que el desayuno comenzara al menos 30 minutos antes, es decir, a las 6:30 en lugar de a las 7:00. Muchas excursiones comienzan a las 7:00 y pasan a buscar a los pasajeros directamente por el hotel, por lo que no es posible desayunar antes de salir.
Abrir el desayuno a las 6:30 permitiría, al menos, disponer de unos minutos para desayunar antes de partir hacia las excursiones.

Muy buena a expensas de un buen servicio e higiene .

Sí muy cómodo en general , buen baño y ducha , un poco viejo también pero todo en funcionamiento .

Cons:

No tiene frigobar y no tiene ventanas al frente . No cobran de antemano con la reserva , se paga ahí y eso genera cierta incomodidad porq hay q disponer del medio q se requiere en la cobranza . Por ej sería bueno q se pudiera pagar de antemano y al retirarse solo abonar las extras

My Favorite Hotel!!

I absolutely loved staying at the Bahia Nueva!! I've traveled enough, experiencing different hotels and I can honestly say this is one of, if not, my most favorite hotels ever!! It's quanit, also housing an adorable cat who welcomed me in late evenings. Everyone in the staff is so pleasant dedicated to providing you the best experience during your stay. The location is also excellent- right across the street from the beach and main pier as well as for tour pickups. A variety of shops all within walking distance

Great location, right on the sea front and you can see the whales right from the hotel. Staff welcoming. Rooms clean. Lovely little cat in reception

WiFi a bit slow at times. Bathroom a little dated. I was in room 114 and you could hear loud music from the next door pub until gone midnight which was frustrating.
