Ok voor doortocht verwacht alleen niet te veel.

We hadden als gezin 2 kamers geboekt aangezien de familiekamers niet meer beschikbaar waren. Helaas kregen we 2 kamers op 2 totaal verschillende plekken ipv naast elkaar of in elk geval op dezelfde verdieping. Eten was matig
en zwembad was ijskoud. Geen airco in hotel - buiten was het 38 graden waardoor kamer erg warm was.

Zimmer muffig, alte Teppiche. Frühstück und Freundlichkeit Top
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen, nicht weit vom Bannwaldsee entfernt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Frühstück war sehr gut, sowie auch das Ambiente.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war recht muffig. Ich weiß nicht wie alt der Teppich ist, gefühlt aus den 1980er. Dieser Muff war bereits im Aufzug vorhanden. Hier ist dringend eine Sanierung der Zimmer nötig.

Pros:

Skvělá je příležitost odpočinout si u krytého bazénu, případně zrelaxovat v sauně. Okolí hotelu a blízkost k hradu Neuschwanstein je ideální.

Cons:

Bohužel restaurace spojená s hotelem je poměrně velké zklamání. Výběr slušný, ale poměr cena/množství je naprosté zklamání. Při objednávce hlavního pokrmu (v tomto případě podle názvu "großer Tartar") mi přišel mini tatarák o průměru okolo 6 cm, výšce okolo 2 cm a přepůlený opečený toustových chléb. Celková cena za večeři obsahující 2× pivo, 1× lišková polévka, 1× tatarák a 1× palačinka - 49Eur. Připomínám, že porce byly naprosto maličkaté. Kdyby toto nebylo málo, tak po restauraci se pohybovali 3 číšníci a jenom přijít si vyslechnout, co si dáme jim trvalo přes 30 minut. Celkově jsme v restauraci strávili přes 2 hodiny pouze čekáním... Restaurace v tento moment nebyla nijak vytížená, jelikož číšníci měli čas se na baru vybavovat. Toto je za mě největší mínus ubytování.
Další, při placení turistické daně si paní recepční nevšimla, že celý pobyt jsem zaplatil předem a dlouze hledala, jestli jsem zaplatil. Naštěstí přišla asi nadřízené paní recepční a platbu dohledala. Není to nic zásadního, ale trochu bych očekával, že za cenu ubytování si bude schopná hotel ohlídat, jestli jim platba přišla, nebo ne.

Sehr schönes Hotel - absolut empfehlenswert
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer, tolle Ausstattung, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Am Haus sind genügend Parkplätze kostenlos vorhanden. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, top. Sehr schöne Lage.

Cons:

nichts zu beanstanden.

Pratique (mais cher) pour la visite du château du Neuschwanstein
Pros:

Proximité du château du Neuschwanstein (10 minutes en voiture).
Qualité du petit déjeuner (et même du buffet le soir mais attention à réserver le dîner le matin si vous voulez payer les 36 euros au lieu des 45 facturées dan le cas contraire…)
Le personnel est sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

Chambre « vieillotte »: moquette démodée, salle de bain à rénover (bonne chance pour vous tourner dans la douche sans toucher quelque chose et je ne parle pas des toilettes où vous avez les genoux dans la brosse …). C’est cher pour ce que c’est (275 euros la nuit quand même) ! Mais bon, c’est propre …

Die warmen Federbettdecken im Hotelzimmer. Diese sind im Sommer eindeutig zu warm.

Solide Qualität, den Erwartungen entsprechend.
Pros:

Das Management tat sein Bestes. Sauberkeit tadellos. Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Ein Teil des Personals hatte Probleme sowohl mit Deutsch als auch mit English. Der Duschkopf passte in die Kabine nicht ganz, Offensichtlich später ausgetauscht, für einen so engen Raum jedoch nicht vollkommen geeignet.

Großes Zimmer, auch das Bad war groß. Hatte leider nur eine Übernachtung. Konnte somit weder den Balkon noch das Schwimmbad nutzen. Super Frühstück, sehr gut sortiertes Angebot.
