Prima voor kort verblijf
Pros:

Het is een ruim hotel met meer dan voldoende plek voor ons (reizen met 3). Ik kon de auto gratis parkeren in de parkeergarage en de gastvrouw inclusief ander personeel waren uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was heel goed!

Cons:

De bedden maken bij iedere beweging geluid waardoor we amper hebben geslapen. Voor ons hoefde het ‘extra’ ontbijt niet: het buffet wat er staat is meer dan genoeg en heel lekker.

Good service, highly recommended
Pros:

Convenient location to walk around with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The staff of hotel are very friendly and helpful, they always support if any questions. Nice service. Welcome drink is very nice.

Cons:

I hope they can add breakfast and charge more for breakfast.

When you take out your key card the ac turns off and we were on the top floor that was very hot for some reason so the room got hot very fast.

Great! Will book again if I go back to Phuket.
Pros:

I liked how central it was. I just went around Old Town and it was easy to take breaks in my hotel room in between things. I was surprised that there was no elevator, but the staff were really nice and assisted me up my room in the 3rd floor. The room was great and they provided water and replenished it when finished. I liked how cozy and quiet the location is, even though it is close to many establishments. There is a coffee shop right beside the hotel that serves great coffee.
