Pros:

Location. Great customer service.

Cons:

Not ideal for tall travelers above 180cms. Further there is no lift, as it’s an heritage building.

Wonderful!
Pros:

It was so pretty and comfortable with spacious and nice lobby where you can sit and get drinks too!

Cons:

Just the toilet part, there was no hole for the water to be drained as only there was only a drain hole in the shower part.

Pros:

Hotel récent et propre, chambre familiale fonctionnelle avec salle de bain pas très grande mais bien entretenue. Personnel agréable et parlant correctement anglais.
Bon emplacement dans la vieille ville

Neat, tidy, very clean. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable. Had everything needed. Staff were happy. I only stayed 1 night but liked what I saw. Not sure of location as my walks didn’t find too much about.

Pros:

Great location, perfect for a layover to visit the old town of Phuket

Cons:

We had a big issue as despite informing the day before, there was no staff in the hotel at the moment we needed to head to the airport, early morning and our stroller was stored in a closed room. We called all numbers available for emergency and no one replied. Luckily, one person arrived and without an apology, opened the door.

Pros:

Het is een ruim hotel met meer dan voldoende plek voor ons (reizen met 3). Ik kon de auto gratis parkeren in de parkeergarage en de gastvrouw inclusief ander personeel waren uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was heel goed!

Cons:

De bedden maken bij iedere beweging geluid waardoor we amper hebben geslapen. Voor ons hoefde het ‘extra’ ontbijt niet: het buffet wat er staat is meer dan genoeg en heel lekker.

Pros:

Тут все супер! Чудесный дизайн, поднимающий настроение, с огромной любовью все сделано. Все прекрасно, вкусный завтрак, дружелюбный персонал. Все удобно.
