Wasn't What I Expected
Pros:

The amount of space in the room.

Cons:

The bathtub had hair in it. The bed was concave. The toilet fan wasn't working. The water didn't get hot at all, even at full blast. The gym equipment was mostly broken.

We love the location and the amenities!! It’s our place to stay whenever we are in Richmond.
Pros:

Everything!! Happy hour w/ drinks and food from 5:30 to 7pm and their awesome breakfast every morning.

Cons:

Don’t like the pool being partitioned but I do understand. And the pillows are a little lumpy sometimes.

Pros:

Du weißt du hast das Frühstück im Preis und dann erfährst du beim einchecken das du abends Snacks frei hast ( ist ein Abendessen) und dan bekommst du noch eine Karte für 3 frei Drinks pro Tag. Wow und alles ist lecker. Preis Leistung ist top.

קיבלנו חדר גדול, מיקום מעולה וצוות המלון היה מקסים. היה חלב שיבולת שועל בבוקר!

Cons:

המיטה היתה קפיצית כמו טרמפולינה. חדר האמבטיה לא היה הכי נקי. אין אפילו ירק אחד טרי בארוחת הבוקר..

I am signing up today for the Rewards program, and dropping Hilton, that's how good our stay was!
Pros:

ALL staff was pleasant. Extending checkout time was easier than any hotel chain that I have ever stayed at. The environment was clean, open, super well lit. The amenities exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was the best offering of any other hotel that I have stayed at that includes breakfast in your room rate. The location is within walking distance of a Starbucks and several other food choices from casual dining to a steak house.

Cons:

More options in the snack area near the front desk would have been preferred (i.e. more candy options, healthier (nutrient dense) food options, macro balanced meal shakes, etc.).

Nice larger property with professional hospitality standards well above the price range.
Pros:

Location was perfect for us. Easy in and out, yet close to Richmond and Short Pump, our two places of interest. Hotel was very busy, yet we didn't have to wait for anything. They knew how to handle large groups and holiday weekends. Decor was nice and clean. Room was nothing super-special, but it was clean, modern, and well-maintained with free, no-hassle internet, decent TV, mattress, etc. This is important; even though there were lots of teen-age athletes staying there, there was little noise in our room. I think the place was built to a higher standard than many. We will come back here for sure.
