Pros:

I have loved the Drury since it's first year of opening. The value for what you receive in the way of amenities, is uncompromised.

Cons:

I am also food&bev/ hospitality...I did have some concerns regarding a guest that was not acting appropriately, however management was all over the situation to make sure the Drury staff was kept safe. I applaud Management's reaction to my and the staff members concerns.

My new favorite hotel franchise
Pros:

The location close to where my business meetings was perfect. Traffic was not an issue. Parking was definitely not an issue. There was plenty of parking. atmosphere of the hotel was very nice. All the staff from the time of check-in till eating. My meals were wonderful. I loved the breakfast. had a wide selection and the 530 kickback was just wonderful. The rooms were clean and the car was nice. The bathrooms were also very clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job. I would definitely stay in another one of the hotels in other locations and I would even stay at this hotel again.

A lovely atmosphere with friendly & helpful staff!
Pros:

Our 3 day stay was wonderful! From check in with Kim who was so pleasant & welcoming, to our clean room provided by Evelia to the friendly staff in the dining area for breakfast & for the evening “kickback”. The grounds, interior spaces & parking met our expectations. We are already looking forward to booking our next stay in Richmond!

Amazing hotel and the staff is there to help
Pros:

been here many times ALWAYS an amazing place to stay

Cons:

Not the hotels fault but so many kids in the hot tub and pool area we could not use the pool area i wish they had an only adult time

Great Hotel
Pros:

My husband & I travel a lot ..we always look for a Drury! Clean rooms ..comfortable beds ..staff is friendly & helpful..They have 5: 30 food & drinks (free)..the breakfast is great ..will always go back! Enjoy Gloria
