It’s an old hotel. There is no maintenance for the furniture, SPA or anything. Covers of the bed are old near to brown.

Over the stay was excellent but the staff were weak in communication and seem like not bothered to assist.

Concierge was helpful and friendly. Reception staff were there to help but not welcoming. Took a long time to allocate a room.

Despite calling so many times but had no assistance to check out at 6am. I had to take all of luggage downstairs by my self

The facilities there to give them 5⭐️ but their staff cost them the experience I had. Management needs to take this seriously and manage the staff better including those local Saudi staff whom had interest to assist the guest.
Apart from location there is nothing to be liked about this property
List is endless
1. Staff very poor
2. Concierge very rude and no help with the luggage
3. One of the member of the staff swore at me when I complained about the poor service
4. No hot water for shower even after changing the room
5. Corridors and room have musty smell
I will strongly advice that customer refrain from using this hotel as I have never seen such a poor standard hotel.
How this hotel is 4 star is beggars belief as it’s not even worthy of 2 star
