Es waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Das gebuchte Doppelzimmer war früher bestimmt nur ein Einzelzimmer. Es war für zwei Erwachsene sehr klein

Alles in allem würden wir trotz kleiner Mängel jederzeit und gerne wieder kommen.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Zimmer war auch zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sauber vor allen Dingen mal ein Schrank mit ausreichend Kleiderbügel. Auch die Terrasse und die Gartenanlage waren sehr ansprechend. Das Personal durchweg sehr freundlich. Auch der kostenlose Kaffee am Nachmittag ist nicht in jedem Hotel selbstverständlich.👍
Die Lage des Hotels sehr ruhig und erholsam aber doch zentral in Richtung Warnemünde, Rostock oder Wismar und Insel Poel.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück muss ich bemängeln das ich gern warme Spiegeleier und Rührei esse, das war dort leider nicht der Fall auch die Brötchen waren nicht mein Geschmack. Das Zimmer war groß genug, sauber, aber, die Matratzen im Bett leider schon etwas durchgelegen und zu weich und das Bad war doch schon arg renovierungsbedürftig. Das Wasser im Innenpool war auch schon etwas trübe.

Wir hatten schöne erholsame Tage und kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ist prima und der Wellness-Bereich ist auch sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts negatives.

Größe des Zimmers

Cons:

Die Familienzimmer liegen direkt über der Küche. D.h. bis 23Uhr und ab 6Uhr ist durch den Lärm kein Schlaf möglich - Erholungpur. Im Bad roch es, als ob der Geruchsverschluss in der Dusche defekt war. Beide Punkte haben keinen an der Rezeption interessiert. Kein Zimmerwechsel möglich, keine Maßnahmen im Bad, kein "das tut uns leid" oder " Entschuldigung ". Und das für 220€ pro Nacht - Respekt. Dort werden wir nie wieder übernachten.

Es war okay aber ich würde nicht noch einmal dort übernachten, auch nicht weiter Empfehlen.

Die Lage war schön ruhig

Cons:

Das Personal war teilweise unhöflich, speziell am Abend, im Restaurant Bereich. Es wurde im Bad nicht richtig sauber gemacht. Ein Kissen stank sehr stark nach Schweiß bei der Ankunft und wurde nicht durchgerauscht.

Great place for spending a couple of days with friends near the coast
Pros:

The Hotel is very comfortable with great spaces for groups of people spending a couple of days together as we did. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
