La animacion muy buena y el ambiente mejor aun
Our second visit – and the staff are still the stars of the show!
We don't usually return to the same hotel twice, as we love exploring new places, but after enjoying our first stay at The Mirage Resort & Spa, we decided to come back for another visit.
Once again, the absolute standout was the staff. They really do make this hotel what it is. Ali, Adnan and Muhammad, to name just a few, were fantastic. So friendly, welcoming and genuinely lovely people who go out of their way to make your holiday special. It's the people here that make you want to return.
The food this year was a little hit and miss compared to our previous visit. Some meals were lovely, while others were a bit disappointing. The cocktails were also much the same as last year – perfectly drinkable, but definitely an area where there's room for improvement.
However, the absolute highlight of our holiday was our accommodation! We had two bungalows with a shared pool, and this really made the holiday for us. Having that space and our own little pool area was just fantastic and made the whole experience feel that bit more special. Without a doubt, this was our favourite part of the stay.
Overall, we had another lovely holiday at The Mirage. There are a few areas that could do with some attention, particularly the consistency of the food and the quality of the cocktails, but the wonderful staff and our fantastic bungalow setup more than made up for it.
Would we return for a third time? We don't normally even return for a second, so never say never! 😊

j'ai trop apprécié la disponibilité des deux responsable de la réception Mme Chadlia et Mr Adel, la chambre est très propre et spacieuse avec vue sur piscine ainsi que la nourriture est très varier et bonne.

Climatisation dans la chambre pas fonctionnelle.
Nourriture très répétitive, manque de goût.
Pas de passage en chambre des femmes de ménages pendant 2 jours, sans changement de serviettes de douche.
Struttura molto grande, vicinissima al mare e con piscine abbastanza grandi. Tutto il personale è stato gentilissimo, sempre accoglienti e disponibili ad esaudire qualsiasi necessità. Il cibo era buono e abbondante.
Unica pecca è la pulizia, ma quella è proprio la loro cultura. Forse siamo noi italiani che siamo troppo fissati con la pulizia

Missing chairs in beach
La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnelle. L’hôtel était beau avec beaucoup de verdure et un accès directe à la plage
La limite de choix dans le restaurant , le fait que le bungalow était un peu excentre de la piscine.
Et les serviettes de chambres n’étais pas changé systématiquement
La qualité de l'accueil (merci à Adel et Mourad), la gestion cuisine du chef Faycal et la sympathie de Momen Merale et Sou Fien au bar de plage

Animations - peu d'informations (défilement trop rapide) une fois l'emplacement trouvé + impossibilité de faire entrer un collègue de travail à 17h pour bosser !!!

Changement chaine télé à la volonté seul du serveur !!! alors que j'étais seul à regarder ... un peu inadmissible non ?
