variety of food and gulf cars drivers was very respectful and helpful
didn't care about their customers, maintenance and reception wasn't helpful and they didn't take any action against the escalation i made, more than 8 hours then to take action with change the room as the AC not working during this time slept in the floor front an AC not cooling where its working only Fan. the move me to another room not ready to occupied at 23:30 with my daughter slept in my hand. then second day they decide to compensate and change me to another room which's very late. thanks Mr Mohamed who take care but after get disappointed

Tres bel emplacement, le complexe en lui même est exceptionnel, de très grande piscines et une tres belle plage.
Le personnel de la réception etait sympa et accueillant.
Pour mon deuxième sejour dans cet hotel
Je confirme un air hautain d'un certain haut responsable.
Le staf du restaurant principal etait désagréable surtout pendant le dîner.
Des bungalows tres grands mais avec un un manque de lits flagrant. On trouve un grand lit double et juste un click-clack. On était une famille de 04 personnes et on devait trouver des solutions de fortune pour dormir.
Pour un 5 étoiles ??
Resort molto bello, piuttosto pulito e ben tenuto. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Colazione pranzo e cena a buffet con ampia scelta di pietanze sia locali che internazionali. Spiaggia abbastanza pulita e comunque mare cristallino. Il nostro bungalow in posizione centralissima tra mare e piscina era moderno, spazioso e ben tenuto; letti comodi, bagno molto spazioso, arredo elegante e tv iper. Aria condizionata ben funzionante e servizio pulizia ottimo. Bravi a tutto lo staff.
Posto Consigliatissimo, sopratutto con bambini grandi e piccoli che si divertiranno tantissimo nelle tre grandi piscine a disposizione, che hanno profondità per tutte le età ;)
Le piscine, seppur molto belle e spaziose, avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione, come anche la pavimentazione intorno che risulta essere piuttosto scivolosa quando bagnata quindi bisogna fare attenzione. Ma nel complesso ok

Qualità dei servizi, ottima cucina e una struttura immersa nel verde, ideale per un soggiorno all’insegna del relax e del benessere.

The reception staff were amazing.

I had a bad experience with the spa guy who was super rude to us .
I reported the incident to the manger and he informed us that he will reported back to the concerned department as the spa is rented by an outside company and does not belong to the hotel.
The spa guy is unprofessional he was looking down at us saying that we should choose a certain massage as the others too expensive for us.
He was scolding me .
When I told him that I did not like the way he talked to me and that I will reported to the manger. He told do whatever you like I don't care.if you don't like the service go somewhere else .
His words made me shocked .
When I spoke with the manger he clearly informed me that we were not the first to complain since the morning. So this guy aladine is famous in the hotel by his rudeness.
Couple of guests heard as complaining about him and they jumped saying that they had similar experience.
I wish that the image of the hotel doesn't get damaged by the act of this person because everything else was good.
Pool und das Meer. Auch der Bungalow war sehr schön und praktisch.
Andrang am Buffet, alkoholische Getränke minderwertig. Qualität vom Essen eher mittelmäßig.
