L'emplacement de l'hôtel, la propreté
L'accueil et la prise en charge en particulier avec Mme JUNIUS si j'arrive bien à eppeler son nom.
Pas courtoise du tout surtout pour nous qui avons la barrière de la langue. J'étais en difficulté pour joindre ma famille car mon téléphone était déchargé. Elle ne m'a pas aider pour un prêt d'adaptateur et m'a complètement envoyé au super marché alors que l'urgence y était juste pour une recharge d'une heure..
We loved everything about it. Would definitely stay again. Going to try another location pray we get the same at a different location.

Breakfast was decent, location per se a bit sketchy but close to the University of Maryland as I needed it to be. Clean rooms.
AC was not easy to set. Ventilation in the bathroom non existent and humidity just lingered into the room forever. Windows don't open even a bit to make room less stuffy.
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
Gym and laundry area in the same space separated by just a wall, so not a very private gym session.
The food was very good and great service.

We didn't like it we loved it
Close to DC but far enough away. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Food at breakfast was ample and somewhat varied each day. I only expected muffins and some sort of beverage but the total selection was more abundant and tasty. I also have to say that from the front desk to the housekeeping were very friendly.
Staff, spaciousness of the rooms, pool, facilities.
First room had leaky sink, they moved me to another room with a ripped couch, garbage under sink full from last tenant.
Conveniently located right off 495.

1) Bed seemed more like full vs queen sz; 2)There needs to be a lamp on/over desk. Poor lighting over desk, which makes it difficult to read, work, etc.
