Pros:

Great owners and staff. Always there to help. AC and a ceiling fan. Wifi was also good.

Cons:

Some bugs and cockroaches in the room. But otherwise everything was good.

Great location & value for money!
Pros:

Enjoyed my stay here! The location is amazing with a lot of shops, restaurants nearby and the lake clearly visible from the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms/common balcony. I had booked room 403. It has the best view from the attached balcony and perfect for 2 people. The owner even arranged local sightseeing tours for us and made the trip hassle free. The hotel doesn't have a lift though, so if that's an issue you can get rooms on the lower floors!

Cons:

They have solar heaters but we didn't get hot water in the evening.

Good location, the room is bigger than expected but the bed looks not clean.
Pros:

Good location, close to Pewa Lake, there are many restaurants and shop around the hotel.
The room on 3rd floor, that make me get good views of the lake.

Cons:
