My stay was not that ok.the pictures showing on the internet is not the same when arriving
Pros:

The place from the airport was very far compared to the website.
Also my room door was lock and couldn’t come out from the room.
Internet wasn’t working

it was like staying at a communal backyard!

Convenient venue to party and book in...

It was very dirty on arrival at 2pm until 3h30 and should have been cleaned earlier
The smokers area definitely not clean
The breakfast area neat but the service was pathetic we waited 2h30 for simple breakfast request (eggs, tomato a chicken strip and tomato with toast) what a terrible experience)
My omelette was awesome but my husband's food was served in a side plate that was way to small and the toast over the meal - shocking we had to ask for an extra plate so that he could actually eat the breakfast.
The wifi was so bad and dstv didn't work 👀
the beds definitely not comfortable and water was absolutely limited.

Everything was perfect, on point. I don't have any complaints about my stay there. We were there for the anniversary celebration. Even the other guests were also happy. Thank you for everything

I won’t book that place again , the carpet smells

Pros:

I 100% recommend Lido Hotel to everyone, you will not regret it. It's a family friendly place, safe, neat and what a joy. The staff are frifndly and helpful and definitely go there again.

My stay at Lido was wonderful
Pros:

The place was so amazing and the staff from reception to the kitchen they were so friendly

Cons:

I enjoyed breakfast and we got it free as a token of apology since we arrived in a roomed that we booked and the aircon was not working, we were then changed to other one which was also amazing.
