Great place but they need to fix geyser and airconditions , hire more staff at kitchen to better ser
Pros:

Convince place from where i was attending. The parking and security good. Whatapp group they include for you to communicate. Cleanliness of their rooms. Redress when they make mistake such as offering breakfast for free and moving you from room to room. Good breakfast and value for money even though it comes hour late. Good hotel just need to pick up pace when working

Cons:

Water at bathrooms were cold and since it winter traveling with a child you need to bath with warm or hot water not cold or semi warm. Their geyser was not functional. One person at dinning hall who prepares for food and it takes an 30 minute to an hour waiting for food without offering you a cereal or coffee while waiting. Poor service at kitchen and maintenance. When requesting iron it delivered after 30 minutes waiting. They do not pick it up even when you take it out for others to use. Towels are not soft, they are hard as stones and could scrub and hurt you when using them. Aircondition was not working. Poor, poor service.

Cons:

Bed sheets dirty. Ac(heater bad smell) not heating. Had to change room. No fridge asked to pay for ice after being told it's available. Booked including breakfast but charged for 2 bowls cereal after we started eating. Not mentioned before eating. No wifi. Tv remotes dnt work. Dirty carpets Stairs n landings.

My stay was not that ok.the pictures showing on the internet is not the same when arriving

The place from the airport was very far compared to the website.
Also my room door was lock and couldn’t come out from the room.

it was like staying at a communal backyard!

It was very dirty on arrival at 2pm until 3h30 and should have been cleaned earlier
The smokers area definitely not clean
The breakfast area neat but the service was pathetic we waited 2h30 for simple breakfast request (eggs, tomato a chicken strip and tomato with toast) what a terrible experience)
My omelette was awesome but my husband's food was served in a side plate that was way to small and the toast over the meal - shocking we had to ask for an extra plate so that he could actually eat the breakfast.
The wifi was so bad and dstv didn't work 👀
the beds definitely not comfortable and water was absolutely limited.
