Beautiful modern apartment with great location near the harbor and city center, across from the Hof. Very comfortable, enjoyable. Washer dryer in the apartment was a great convenience once. you Google to find instructions. We would definitely consider returning. Door code is for your unit and the building entrance, we had no trouble with the keypads.
Didn't have a place in the bathroom to hang wet towels beside the radiator, but that seems to be true throughout Iceland. Ditto with facial tissue, so buy your own at nearby Kronan or improvise. And for some reason drivers with loud engines like to zoom past late at night so that was a bit noisy.
Pretty comfortable location and comfortable apartment. Most kitchen appliances there and a good choice for a 3-4 day stay :)
Apartment door was difficult, would not open most of the time without having to jiggle it a lot and pull very hard with 3-4 tries of the apartment code. No microwave at our apartment (but the paper by the door did say it was included). Traffic on the road in front of the building was very loud and busy after midnight so this is not a preferred location with children that are light sleepers :)
The location was excellent. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the washer and dryer worked perfectly. Parking was right in front of the building. Supermarkets 5 minutes by car. Directions and code were provided on the day of arrival, and were very clear.
We liked everything.
Everything, honestly it was exactly as described. Such a great stay.

Spacious, comfortable, private, and clean. A proper apartment you can sleep in, cook in, and wash and dry your clothes. Came equipped with all the essentials. TV had international channels. Plenty of free street parking in front. Checking in and out is easy. The staff communicate promptly and clearly.
The curtains are directly above the bed with no blinds, meaning the sun shines directly in your eyes during the wee hours (when the angle is right) in summer, despite being quite dark before that. Can be worked around with sleeping masks, but caught us by surprise.

Modern, clean, comfortable, and a great location! The beds were very good; nice to have the washer/dryer and we were able to get in a little before the official check-in time. It's really a quality place. We were very pleased!
Initially, I kept bumping my head into the slanted ceilings, but quickly learned how to navigate this room design. But it that was the only negative.
