GREAT apartment in great location at a very reasonable price for Iceland
Pros:

Great modern apartment with all needed amenities. CLEAN. Great in-town location close to everything. Owner easy to contact, responsive. Ice machine on first floor.

Cons:

Instructions for appliances. Not being an Icelander we had a very difficult time operating the oven (we later discovered was a oven AND microwave), and the dryer. Why provide these great appliances if newbies can't operate them? No freezer in the compact refrigerator, a freezer to freeze our cold packs for traveling is essential.

Cons:

Hetzag er allemaal goed uit, maar tekenen van verval zijn zichtbaar. Dus eigenaren: blijf onderhoud plegen! De schoonmaak kon daarnaast ook beter: naar beneden = de vloer was gekeken, naar boven vaak niet
