Great location
Pros:

Great location, walking distance from Shinjuku Station, convenience stores and bus stops. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free water bottles

Cons:

Rooms are quite small. The only place to open luggage confortably is on the top of your bed. Breakfast is good, albeit simple and repetitive. There is no fresh fruit or warm dishes. Just pastries and yogurt.

I would stay again.
Pros:

Close to train stations, restaurants, shopping and a 24 hour grocery store.
Free breakfast with coffee, juices, yogurt and small pastries.
Free bottled water.
Staff were the nicest I’ve ever met.

Cons:

With 3 people sharing a room, we drank lots of bottled water. The trash needed to be empty everyday, which was great. However it was not necessary to change the bedding every day.
Towels and trash Only sign on door would have been ideal.

Great place to stay in a busy and lively area.
Pros:

The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and extremely polite. The breakfasts and 24 hour coffee are nice to have. Overall was a great place to stay.

Cons:

The rooms are small but like many places in Japan have 3 beds which is useful.

Sympa mais sans plus.
Pros:

Hôtel design et confortable. L'apéro offert entre 17H et 19H est sympa.

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite surtout quand on est 2 avec 2 grosses valises. Le toilette japonais était basic, dommage. Le PDJ est très basic. Les stations de métro sont un peu éloignées de l'hôtel (jusqu'à 10 min à pied). Bon séjour mais pas ouf, limite j'ai préféré ma capsule hôtel à Tokyo.

Sehr gute Lage, Betten waren sehr bequem

Cons:

Wir hatten nicht die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie erhalten.
Das Personal ist sehr kühl und wirkten eher genervt von den Gästen.

Hôtel très bien situé, accueil chaleureux. Rien à redire, une valeur sûre. Concept très convivial avec café/viennoiseries à disposition le matin et dégustation de vin/whisky... le soir (gratuitement)

Our Pleasent Stay in a Very Central Location
Pros:

This hotel is very central to many restaurants, sites, and more importantly metro stations. A lot of nearby places are in walking distance. Within minutes, the surrounding area is massive to explore.

The amenities offered are quite unique. The one offered was their Happy Hour. This is where they offer tastings of various local and internationals wines and spirits. It's free for guests, and I though it was a nice benefit staying here.

Cons:

Rooms can be small, but they are well maintained. The staff pay close attention to all rooms. Though small rooms, the tradeoff is it is in a very central place.

Lastly, though they offer free breakfast, it is very limited in variety according to my companions. I did not partake in their breakfast, but as stated in the previous paragraph, it is a tradeoff.

Nice Shinjuku hotel with free flow food/drinks
Pros:

Modern hotel in a good location being only a short walk from the centre of Shinjuku. Loved the free flow hot drinks, donuts and alcohol every evening - a very nice touch!

Cons:

Room was comfy but very tight on space. Staff on reception desk weren’t overly friendly, felt like you were inconveniencing them.
