Excelente Hotel
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, muy atentos con nuestras peticiones, un servicio de desayuno basico y en las tardes happy hour.

Las almohadas un poco incomodas, las pantallas de TV no podia hacer el link de la aplicación pero amablemente nos prestaron cable tipo c / Hmdi.

Viihtyisä hotelli, moderni, tyylikäs. Ok sijainti. Donitsitarjoilu :) Kiva amme ja hyvä vedenpaine.

Cons:

Jääkaappi ei toiminut, oli ihan lämmin. Kävivät katsomassa sitä huoneessa, mutta oli kuulemma ihan normaali. Ei kyllä ollut, sitä ei voinut käyttää lainkaan. Tämä harmitti paljon.

Säilytystilaa ei ole lainkaan huoneessa. Ei kaappeja, hyllyjä, tasoja. Ei edes kunnolla tilaa avata matkalaukkuja auki. Seinällä pari koukkua ja muutama henkari niissä.

Pros:

O hotel é sensacional em todos os quesitos! Super confortável e bem localizado. Tem uma 7-Eleven e Family mart praticamente na frente. O hotel dispõe de um pequeno café da manhã grátis, e durante o dia tem café, rosquinhas, coca-cola e bebidas alcoólicas grátis. O quarto muito confortável, com banheiro tecnológico do Japão hehe disponibilizam água, guarda-chuvas e amenidades de graça.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay in Shinjuku.
Pros:

Bespoke Hotel Shinjuku was in a wonderful location. It was in a quiet area but near enough to everything you want to do. The rooms were comfortable and the lounge and lobby area was great for hanging out in. They had free coffee and donuts almost all day in addition to free breakfast and a happy hour. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Bespoke Hotel Shinjuku – Un rapport qualité-prix peu convaincant

À plus de 350 € la nuit, je m’attendais à un certain niveau de confort et surtout de service, particulièrement au Japon, où l’hospitalité et le souci du détail sont généralement exemplaires.

Derrière son image d’hôtel contemporain et branché, le Bespoke ressemble davantage à un hôtel de passage, dans un esprit « backpacker chic », qu’à un véritable établissement de standing.

Les chambres, annoncées à 24 m², donnent davantage l’impression de dormir dans un couloir tant leur agencement est peu judicieux. Mais le véritable problème reste l’absence quasi totale de rangements : aucune armoire, aucun espace réellement prévu pour les vêtements, simplement quatre cintres pour deux personnes ! Pour un séjour d’une semaine, c’est franchement insuffisant.

Le lobby est agréable, sans plus, les prestations sont réduites au strict minimum et le service manque d’attention au regard du prix demandé, particulièrement selon les standards japonais.

Je n’ai rien contre les hôtels simples et tendance, à condition que leurs tarifs soient cohérents avec les prestations proposées.

À 350 € la nuit, on attend autre chose qu’un concept marketing, une chambre peu fonctionnelle et un service minimaliste.

Au final, un séjour tout juste passable, sans désagrément majeur, mais sans rien de particulièrement remarquable non plus. Je m’attendais simplement à mieux à ce niveau de prix.

Great place to relax after sightseeing all day.
Pros:

Quiet rooms with blackout curtains & comfy beds. The shower is amazing! Lots of water pressure. Has breakfast in the morning with a happy hour in the evening. Lots of international travelers so most of the staff speaks English. Great location!

Cons:

Rooms are a bit small, but that is typical for Tokyo.

Pros:

Clean. Front desk service was very helpful and professional, especially when we were figuring out luggage shipment to our next hotel. The free continental breakfast, which was some beverages and pastries, was helpful in the early mornings. Location is quiet. Close to a subway stop

Cons:

Our room barely had enough floor space with our two beds, and a carry on and checked baggage each for the two of us, but that seemed standard for Tokyo. A 15-20 min walk away from the main Shinjuku station.
