Great hotel, great staff, excellent lounge and happy hour. Good location.
Cons:

Room was smoke tainted. Despite the spray provided it was clear the room had previously been smoked in.

Great location and a hotel that surprised and delighted us
Pros:

Close to a metro station and walking distance to Shinjuku and its station. Great lounge area, comfortable sofas and chairs to relax in the evening or afternoon. Friendly and helpful reception team. Continental breakfast was great value and consisted of small pastries and muffins, cereals and yoghurt. The evening happy hour was great, with a nice selection of wine and Japanese whiskey. The room was comfortable, with good air con, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. Amenities like toothbrushes and razors, and bottled water, were available to pick up from reception as you needed without any additional costs. Overall a really good hotel with nice additions that were unexpected and a nice surprise.

Cons:

The fold out bed wasn’t the most comfortable and pretty hard (literally), but given everything else was so good it was a minor issue overall.

Location is perfect and close to station and other amenities. Room is good size. We are family of 4 and got three good size beds which was enough for 2 adult + 2 kids (10 & 14 year old). Hotel is on main road close to train station, cafe and restaurant. Hotel also provides fee continental breakfast, 24 hours coffee and donuts, and free Japanese whisky, wine and soft drinks between 5-8pm happy hour.

Cons:

Rooms are good size but still feel if they are bit bigger. It's bit of struggle for us to keep our bags tidy due to very little space in the room.
