Cleanliness
9.2
Consistently praised across reviews: multiple mentions of 'très propres', 'limpieza' and 'Hotel très propre'. Cleanliness is a clear strength.
Service
9.9
Very positive sentiment: staff repeatedly described as 'très gentil', 'personale super disponibile', 'very welcoming and friendly' and 'aux petits soins'. Hosts are a standout feature.
Location
9.8
Strongly positive: many comments about proximity to the beach, convenient location, quiet area and free/secured parking ('proche de la plage', 'Ubicación perfecta', 'parking gratuit').
Room Quality
6.2
Noted issue: several guests complain about lack of air conditioning and rooms being very hot despite fans; some mention basic/spare rooms and older bathroom fittings.
Amenities
7
Mixed: positives include free parking, fridge on terrace and fans; major negative is absence of air conditioning cited repeatedly ('Pas de climatisation', 'No air conditioning').
Value for Money
7.8
Generally seen as good value due to location, breakfast and service, but a subset of reviews questions the price given the lack of AC (one review said price not justified).
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast frequently described as plentiful and excellent ('petit déjeuner copieux', 'buffet extra', 'El desayuno genial'). Food offering is a clear positive.
Overall Experience
9.1
Overall sentiment is very positive: many recommend the hotel, describe it as cosy and family-friendly, with only the heat/absence of AC detracting from comfort.

On a passé 4 jours dans d'excellentes conditions.
Pros:

Cons:

Nichts
