Overall a nice stay for a budget traveler
Pros:

Very close to Karon beach, walking distance, few cafes around, easy to get to, clean, good bed, includes all the basic facilities

Cons:

The dog that they own constantly came running towards me and jumped on me, which I didn’t like as I was scared of dogs.

Good stay
Pros:

The location was great. The room was very clean. Very close to the beach. The gentlemen who run it are absolutely lovely. Having the balcony was great.

The bathroom was a little bit smelly

Pros:

Warme douche, goede airco en er wordt heel goed schoongemaakt. Prima prijs voor wat je allemaal krijgt. Jammer dat de keuken niet open was maar ook logisch buiten het seizoen. Als ik in het seizoen in Phuket ben kom ik zeker langs om alsnog de gerechten te proeven die op de site staan.

Pros:

The room is very artful ❤️ and the view from the balcony is awesome. The owner was very friendly and polite. If we come to phuket again we will stay here. We stayed there for one night and we think it was not enough.

Первый раз путешествовала без тур агентства. Выбрала данный отель, почитав отзывы отдыхающих. И не пожалела. Ну, начну сначала. Забронировала на 27 дней. Без карты и предоплаты. Это очень удобно!!! Для россиян, в данном случае. Паскаль (хозяин отеля) любезно предложил мне услуги такси по приезду. Перед отлетом, за сутки, мне напомнил, где будет ожидать такси. Оставил свой номер телефона для связи. В аэропорту меня уже встречали. С первых минут, уже чувствовалось, что хозяева заботятся о комфорте отдыхающих. Встретили в отеле Паскаль и Филипп. Любезно предложили мне улучшенный номер. В итоге я жила почти месяц в трёхместный номере. Все как во всех отелях Пхукета. Огромная кровать, + 2 кровати полуторки. Шкаф, телевизор (не включала и не смотрела), небольшой холодильник. Огромный балкон. Единственное он выходил на дорогу. Но, это не мешало мне утром там пить кофе. Кондиционер большой. И, что самое главное, можно регулировать температуру. Фен, чайник, вода питьевая, шампунь игель для душа, жидкое мыло. Все имеется. Убирают номер если повешать табличку. Убирают качественно, очень чисто. 2 комплекта полотенец. Зонты. Что хочу сказать о самом отеле. Просто СУПЕР!!!! Чистый, небольшой, всего 8 номеров. По 4 номера на этаже. Очень уютно, как дома. Звучит спокойная музыка. Несколько аквариумов и пруд с большими карпами. На первом этаже стоят столики. Можно заказать завтраки. Они настолько большие, что за раз все не съесть. Двери в отель в 21ч закрывают, по этому посторонний не зайдёт. Филипп и Паскаль всегда любезны, приветливы и на любую просьбу всегда охотно откликались. Если нужно взвесить перед отлетом багаж, есть весы. А еще в отеле есть еще хозяева. Кот и замечательный пёсик Тайфу. Очень с ним подружились. Возле отеля много массажных салонов, кафе, прилавки с фруктами, 7/eleven. Тут же делают вкусные блинчики и жареное мороженое. Через дорогу есть обменный пункт (офис), где можно спокойно с российской карты обменять рубли на батты. Путем перевода.

Might not find a better bang for ur buck elsewhere in phuket. Pascal and his team were really nice and accomodating for
