Great place to stay, very comfortable, clean and great service.
Pros:

The service was excellent; the rooms are renovated, and the bed is very comfortable. The location is also excellent.

Cons:

There wasn't a pool, but I should have checked before booking.

Ein sehr zentral gelegenes, schön gestaltetes Boutiquehotel. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Morgens gibt es ein frisch zubereitetes Frühstück à la carte in der Lobby. Das Restaurant 7fh Heaven bietet von der Dachterrasse einen perfekten Blick auf den Sonnenuntwrgang über dem Mekong.

Increíbles habitaciones en un hotel boutique
Pros:

Las habitaciones eran espectaculares, todo, la cama con dosel, el cuarto de baño, la ducha, la amplitud del espacio para poder colocar las maletas, la amabilidad del equipo de recepción, el desayuno "a la carte" en el bar de la entrada con su decoración al estilo bodega antigua y la comida en el restaurante en el roof top.

Cons:

Está un poco a las afueras de la ciudad y las vistas desde las ventanas (al menos en una de las nuestras) invitan más a mirar hacia dentro ya que lo que se veía era el edificio colindante que esta algo pocho.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit deutlichem Wunsch eine gute Arneit zu tun
Pros:

Bett gut, alles sehr sauber, geräumig, Platz für 2 Koffer!!, gute Fensterisolation. Wunderbarer Duschstrahl.
Personal geht auf die Aussagen und Wünsche ein: zum Beispiel Temperatur erhöhen in der Lobby ( wir wären sonst beim Frühstück erfroren😉)

Das Yoghurt kam im Yoghurtbecher —> könnte man in ein nettes Glas /Gefäss abfüllen.
Bad: Leider nirgends Hacken, um feuchtes, auch Handtücher, aufzuhängen.
Gestell im Gang: Abstellkammer?
Gang 1. Stock. Wände mit Flecken bei Zi 101. Man könnte es auch bemalen wie die andern Wände.

Ein einziges no-go: Antwort auf eine Bananenbestellung: „the kitchen is busy“. Auf nachdrückliches Reklamieren ging es dann doch.

Pros:

Le manager et le personnel au top.
La chambre, le lit , la pression d’eau de la douche et la climatisation qui ne souffle pas sur le lit . Le restaurant en rooftop excellent.
