Disappointing

Had potential. Good location. Upscale vibe

Cons:

Smell of soap was offensive. Not a good smell. The room had a shower tray that flooded. No on site maintenance. Had to move room as no compensation.

Parking is not good for motorcycles. The public parking is the only option and when the bike pulls up to the door it will not open. Had to get staff to open from inside. They were not sure what to do and slow to respond. Seems like there was no staff. Desk often empty. More like a self serve building. I would not stay there again.

Pros:

Location was great for our intital intended purpose of attending Country Thunder.

Cons:

Sliding Door exits need to be clearly marked to help avoid accidents such as my wife walking into the glass window beside the doors. There was no cautionary markings to help identify that it was a window, as it was completely clear and she walked straight into it. Also, when this happened there was a very loud thud, and she was in obvious pain, but not even a single staff member came to to see if she was ok.

Excellent endroit pour le confort .
Pros:

La propreté et le modernisme des équipements.
Le personnel est très poli et avenant.

Cons:

Seul inconvénient, la douche téléphone qui ne fonctionnait pas. L’hôtel nous a compensé financièrement pour ce problème qui a été résolu le lendemain.

The room is very modern and well designed. Everything is well-engineered and the lay-out is very nice. We had our two small dogs with us and they felt comfortable.

Great location, modern room that was a good size. Nice Nespresso machine in the room too.

Cons:

The location within Calgary as a whole is under development, and while it didn’t affect the hotel, it made the property a little disconnected. There is however a great coffee shop and restaurant complex across the street.
