Lovely hotel! Perfect before our flight home!
Pros:

Very modern hotel. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Stay really welcoming on check in.

Cons:

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. There was construction work being carried out outside the property while we where there but this was communicated in the lift.

Love our stay, the Alt become our hotel of choice when we are travelling in Canada
Pros:

Room was perfect, well design to maximize the space. Love the feature where i can use the room television to stream movie from my Ipad.

Modern high tech hotel that is exceptional!
Pros:

The hotel is new, modern, clean, with beautiful rooms, very high tech, exceptional stay. The CharBar restaurant across the street has excellent food and cocktails.

Would highly recommend staying at Alt Hotel East Village Calgary.
Pros:

The room was spotlessly clean, with lovely linen and comfortable pillows. It had a very modern control panel for all the lighting right next to the bed (hooray!) The property had a funky, modern feel. Location was great right next to the river walkway.

Erros na cobraça de adicional/Cobrança dupla de diária
Pros:

Hotel moderno, a uma caminhada de 10 minutos da Calgary Tower. Quarto bem tecnológico, confortável e com boa decoração (máquina de café disponível). Equipe foi prestativa e permitiu check in antecipado, o que ajudou bastante na chegada para deixarmos as malas

Cons:

Havia reservado quarto com vista para Calgary Tower por 30 dólares canadenses extras porém como ele não estava disponível antes do horário check in aceitei um quarto inferior sem vista. Porém depois disso ocorreram 2 problemas: 1) cobraram valor acima ao da reserva do booking alegando que a entrada no quarto inferior não mudava a cobrança extra por um quarto com vista; 2) apesar de eu ter pago a diária interalmente com cartão de débito no check in, o hotel fez outra cobrança duplicada no cartão de crédito que depois foi devolvida mas gerou cobrança de tarifa por uso internacional no meu banco que não foi ressarcida. Pedi para cancelarem a cobrança durante a estadia e pelo chat porém fui ignorado, esses tipos de erros não deveriam ser aceitáveis para um hotel deste nível

Modernes Hotel in vergleichsweise ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr modern eingerichtetes Zimmer im 9. Stock mit weitläufigem Blick auf den Bow River. Toller Ausblick. Da das Hotel etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt liegt, ist es auch verhältnismäßig ruhig. Nespresso Maschine auf Zimmer, verschiedene Teesorten an der Rezeption. Ein wahnsinnig gutes Frühstück hatten wir in der Bäckerei über die Straße. Top!

Cons:

Bis zum Rathaus sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten - von hieraus kann man auch kostenlos einige Stationen mit dem CTrain fahren. Insgesamt also kein Problem.

Enough space for a baby to get around.
