Pros:

Overall, everything was pretty much alright with the hotel.

Cons:

​To be honest, there are a few points I just need to get off my chest. First of all, there is no elevator—for anyone with a walking disability, that's a real imposition. Second, the claim about a "private parking space" is simply false; it's just a normal public parking lot where you need a lot of luck to even find a gap.
​On top of that, the air conditioning doesn't really work well either. But the absolute worst part was the bed: you lie in it like in a sagging hammock and wake up the next morning with serious back pain. There are definitely hotels that manage that better. Since I'm in Phuket at least every other month anyway, I certainly won't be booking here again.
