Great location and very welcoming
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The accommodation was simple, clean, and comfortable, but what really made the experience special was the warm welcome from the host. He was incredibly friendly and took the time to recommend interesting places to visit in the area, which helped us make the most of our trip. His local knowledge and hospitality were greatly appreciated. The location is also great, very close to the train station. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and authentic experience.

La vicinanza alla stazione, la pulizia, la gentilezza dello staff che ci ha aggiornati sullo sciopero dei treni. Piacevole lo stile d'epoca, con tutto funzionante.

Very pleasant 2-day base from which to explore Sanremo.
Pros:

Lovely old house converted into I think a 10 bedroom hotel.Some aspects of the hotel felt quaintly behind the times,but in a good way.

Cons:

No working safe in the room.
Nowhere to put soap etc. whilst having a shower.

Perfect location, well maintained, great staff, very clean.
Pros:

Perfect location, very clean and the staff were nice. Good breakfast, and the building.. an old house very well maintained. Next to the train station, 5 minutes to the beach.
