Pros:

Дуже гарний і затишний сімейний готель, старовинна та дуже доглянута будівля. Дуже чисто. Пʼять хвилин до залізничного вокзалу, 10 -до пляжу. Співвідношення ціна-якість ідеальне. Сніданок невеликий і дещо одноманітний, але всі продукти високої якості.

Cons:

Готель стоїть на площі, де рух транспорту не припиняється ні в день, ні в ночі, але в Санремо взагалі дуже галасно. Та при зачинених вікнах і кондиціонері цілком нормально.

Pros:

Ottima la posizione, raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia e a pochi minuti, sempre a piedi, dall'ariston. Davvero strategico!

Cons:

Non c'era la possibilità di stendere ad asciugare i teli mare e i costumi dopo la spiaggia poiché la stanza che ci è capitata si affacciava con le finestre su una tettoia.

L'hotel si trova in posizione ottima, il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile, la struttura è veramente un palazzo storico ma molto datata...

Cons:

...avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione e ristrutturazione e soprattutto di pulizia più accurata a partire dai bagni. La colazione dovrebbe essere più ricca.

We stayed here for only one night, but overall we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and in our opinion the price-quality ratio is just right.
One of our favorite things was the beautiful and well-maintained garden. It is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast or simply sit quietly and reflect, especially after visiting the nearby Alfred Nobel Villa, which is well worth seeing. In fact, not only the villa but also all the main attractions of Sanremo are within comfortable walking distance, making the location very convenient.
We would also like to mention the receptionist, who was very friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasant surprise to discover that he speaks a little Swedish because his grandmother (mormor) is from Sweden. That made our stay even more memorable.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Sanremo.
