Pros:

Fantastic little hotel, just a few minutes walk to the train station and a nice stroll, about 10 to 15 minutes, along a nice street, or seafront, to the town centre. Lovely family-run place, in a gorgeous building with a nice garden to the front. Breakfast had everything I needed, fresh bread, cereal, cheeses, ham etc. Small well-stocked supermarket close by.

Cons:

I had no issues but the bathroom in the single bedroom might be a little tight for the larger person. However, perfectly fine for a few nights.

zajtrk je bil izjemen. Gospa nam je pogrnila mize zunaj na vrtu, pod drevesi. Lokacija hotela je na krasni lokaciji.

Cons:

Malo me je motila soba, ker je bila podstrešna z manjšim oknom. Bila pa je čista in čedna.

Hotel semplice ma con tutti i confort
Pros:

Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale che ci ha accolto oltre l'orario previsto per il ceck in. Posizione ottima vicinissima al centro. Camera semplice ma con tutto quello che occorre compresa aria condizionata. Bagno nuovo, doccia molto spaziosa.
Buona colazione servita in giardino, hanno fornito anche prodotti senza glutine per me che sono celiaca. Struttura datata ma pulita. Consigliatissimo.

POSIZIONE MOLTO COMODA TRA MARE STAZIONE E CENTRO
Pros:

posizione ottima, vicinissima alla stazione e al mare, zona porto, molto vicina all'ariston e al centro. camera pulita e silenziosa, personale molto gentile e disponibile. colazione semplice ma completa.

Cons:

non ci sono cose in particolare che non ho gradito, forse migliorerei l'esterno della struttura, ma per essere un hotel a 2 stelle direi che è ottimo soprattutto per la posizione

Vacanze in Costa Azzurra: tappa a Sanremo
Pros:

Hotel molto carino e situato in un palazzo storico e ben posizionato per raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti il centro e le principali attrazioni.
Camera piccola ma con tutto l'occorrente e bagno molto grande con una bella doccia spaziosa.
Pulizia eccellente.
Colazione semplice ma buona.
Titolare gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato anche ottimi consigli per i ristoranti.

Cons:

L'hotel non dispone di parcheggio (ma nelle vicinanze ce ne sono a pagamento) ne' di area per scarico bagagli ( essendo l'hotel situato su una rotonda).
