서비스도 친절하고 침구류도 깔끔히 매일 정리 잘 해주시더라고요, 수건도 요청했었는데 바로 가져다 주시고요!
우에노 역 장점은 아시겠지만 나리타 공항 다니기에 편하고 근처에 우에노공원도있고 도코역이나 시부야도 충분히 갈만한 위치인 것 같아요. 두명이서 좁긴해도 가성비 숙소로는 최고인것 같습니다. 불편함은 별로 못느꼈습니닷

非常滿意！之後住上野會再選擇此住宿！
Pros:

各方面服務都很貼心周到！地理位置離上野地鐵/JR走路大概五分鐘，離skyliner也很近大概走路10分鐘，雖然在鬧區旁邊但住宿地點很安靜！房內有浴缸跟除濕機，可以選擇每日打掃，如果不打掃也可以將垃圾及使用過的毛巾放置門外更換，每日還會貼心的提供水～有些住宿不免費提供礦泉水跟打掃。櫃檯人員親切，張貼的公告有各種語言，櫃檯在二樓，有提供免費的咖啡機，可以選冷熱的美式/拿鐵/可可，旁邊還有冰塊可以使用！備品也在大廳可以取用，枕頭也有三種不同的硬度可以選擇。11樓有露天的休息區可以看到部分晴空塔～

Pros:

Friendly staff, clean HUGE room, confortable beds, having a wide selection of pillows was so great, and LOVED that coffee machine for the mornings.

Cons:

More trash bags, and an option to not have staff bring new towels every day. We didn't need a new towel every day. Is wasteful of water.
