Important information:

Check-in starts at 14:00 and ends at 19:00. Guests arriving after 19:00 must notify The Edgerley Suites in advance to ensure accommodations.

Guests are required to show a photo identification, and credit card for incidental charges upon check in.

If guests do not have a credit card and only have a debit card, a pre-authorization or cash deposit of NZ$300 as a bond is required at check-in.

This deposit will be returned in full via the same method used for the deposit, subject to an inspection of the property.

The apartment was good for our one-night stay. It was in a great location and was cheaper than most apartments in centra

Location - Central to everything and close to amenities

Cons:

When we arrived around 3pm to check in, the staff didn’t seem particularly welcoming. We were also not given clear instructions on where to park our car, as there are two parking garages, which caused some confusion. In addition, there were some issues with the security bond system, which made the check-in process less enjoyable after a long journey when we were just wanting to settle in.

The property itself was fine, and once checked in, access in and out of the building was easy and convenient.

Totally pleasant & would stay again
Pros:

Easy to find , modern , quiet & close to malls
The most lovely view of nature outside lounge as well & under cover parking!

Cons:

Bathroom very steamy after 3 people been through the shower , no mention of cleared building site across the road but is no issue.

Pros:

Spacious rooms, and balcony. Triple glazed windows made room soundproof though situated next to SH1.

Cons:

front door locked and the office was not apparent once I was let in. Staff was distracted by other guests checking in, and I had to wait. Staff and apt set up as an 'Office" was unwelcoming.

Happy with our stay – clean, convenient, and hassle-free from check-in to check-out
Pros:

Clean, modern and comfortable accommodation. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the overall stay was very pleasant.

Despite all the bad stuff it was fine for just the night and the location being right next door to Westfield was good. B

Location was excellent, it was clean in the sense that the kitchen and bathroom etc were clean but the facilities themselves were poorly taken care of. Free parking was a plus too.

Cons:

The carpet was disgusting. So stained literally everywhere that it made the place feel dirty. I wish i had taken photos because you need to see it to believe it, it was disgraceful. The TV cabinet was literally falling apart making the room look messy as well, bowed and borderline dangerous when travelling with a toddler like us. We had to make sure she didn’t touch or lean on it for fear it would break it and the tv would land on her. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, really hard, you could feel metal bits jabbing at you and I was sore after sleeping on them. Thankfully we took our own pillows which improved the sleep slightly.

Very old, damaged and uncomfortable mattress with ends of springs sticking out. Insufficient utensils eg 1 spoon for 2 people, etc. Curtain hanging off hook in lounge and bedroom.

Affordable large accommodation in Newmarket.

Good location next to the 277 shopping mall. Very quiet, very large rooms. Best for friends and family.
