This hotel nearby my parents house

Cons:

Few things need to improve;

1. Staff not friendly.
2. The room smell not so good like the lobby.
3. TV only have 3 channel and the brightness so bad like watching 60an movie.
4. Toileteries not complete. Shower gel not top up, no toothpaste only have toothbrush.
5. Aircond need long time to feel cold.
6. Customer satisfaction failed.
