Pros:

Staff were very nice and let us check in before 2pm, Close to Westfield Knox shopping centre and very quiet.

Cons:

The beds where very uncomfortable, didnt get much sleep and woke up with a very sore back.

Cons:

How tricky it was to organise a car park. No staff were on site even in the morning. The couch was completely peeled and covered with a folded sheet

Excellent except finding the building
Pros:

Near shopping center, easily reach public transport, comfortable bed, amazing room and facilities

Cons:

Have a map for those who checked in by themselves so that customers can find the correct building rather than walking around and around in the rain

Good stay for a quick catch up with mates.
Pros:

Good clean apartment. bed was comfy. Plenty of room to sit and chill. Great location as shopping centre over the road and a nice food precinct attached to rear.

Cons:

Pillows too soft for my liking. No one at reception on arrival and when contacted seemed more annoyed to have to come out.
Car parking confusing as not may marked bays for hotel guests.

Awesome layout with balcony
Everything you need for a multiple nights stay

Cons:

Tight squeeze entry for vehicle
Lift in maintenance mode (but I have a slight phobia in lifts already)

Pros:

Comfy bed, great location over the road from Knox Westfield for shopping ansd restaurants. Great connections to main roads. Lovely pool and sauna and Gym complex. Washing machine and drier were useful for a longer stay. Great value. Secure parking.

Cons:

Check in was tricky. There was nowhere to park while checking in and the reception was not open until I phoned someone. It was a little difficult to work out where to park, but not too bad. When I arrived in the apartment one of the blinds was broken , there was no sink plug, and the floor was sticky. These things were fixed when I mentioned them to reception.

The sofa was in a dreadful state and needed to be thrown in the bin or completely covered. They had attempted to hide the tears with a folded sheet!
I will go back though :)

Enjoyed our stay will definitely recommend
Pros:

Friendly staff, apartment was spacious and clean it was close to the venue where we needed to be and very convenient location opposite the Westfield Mall. My children loved the swimming pool.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was there was a weird smell/odour in the room.

Great pool facilities and spacious apartments

Cons:

Apartment size is great, just a shame the furniture is so tiny. In a large 2 bed 2 bath apt it would benefit highly from an upsized couch area to comfortably sit anywhere other than the bedrooms.

Great location but filthy
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and it had good facilities with nice bathrooms. Great pool area

Cons:

The lounge suite ripped and uncomfortable. The place was filthy when we checked in, food on walls and floors and management didn’t care. The microwave was so bad they replaced it. Our apartment needed a complete upgrade.
