Loved the hotel, breakfast was lovely and the staff were very professional and friendly, definitely recommend this hotel

Perfect luxury location for a city stay
Pros:

Great location in the city. Luxury products in the bathroom and minibar contents which were included. All staff were friendly & welcoming too.

An excellent small luxury hotel stay
Pros:

The welcome by the door staff and reception was very friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean with great facilities as standard. It is on the more pricey side of hotels in london but as they say, you ge what you pay for. I will absolutely be using the Vintry and Mercer Hotel for my future stays in London.

Cons:

There was nothing to not like during our stay.

Fabulous stay in boutique hotel, clean, cool, super friendly staff
Pros:

Love the clean cool vibe. Close to the Southbank and St Paul’s. Easy transport. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Super comfy bed. Fab rooftop bar/ restaurant. What’s not to like. Highly recommend

Pros:

La habitación era confortable, la cama excelente con almohadas geniales. La limpieza impecable. Nos sentimos como en casa durante una semana. El restaurant en la terraza precioso, tal vez un poco excesivo el precio en relación a la cocina que se ofrecía, el personal del mismo super amable.

Cons:

la verdad es que no hay algo que no me gustase, propondría un poquito más de espacio de guardado en los placares.

Pros:

Incredibly friendly staff, with the hotel being of more of a boutique style, I think it’s more personable to being seen as an individual rather than just a number, we won’t hesitate going back again, our favourite hotel in London

Pros:

Staff were brilliant, amenities were good, room was clean

Cons:

The lack of soundproofing meant that we were being woken up by the ringing bells every 30mins to an hour

Een aanrader voor citytrip Londen. Alles is perfect

Centrale ligging en alles is perfect, goede matras , geruisloze airo, goed restaurant op het dak met prachtig zicht , goed ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk personeel
