This is my favourite hotel in London. I will be back!
Pros:

I like everything about this property. Great staff, great location to base yourself for work or leisure. Good insight restaurant, bar and breakfast cafe. Good coffee.

Cons:

Nothing to not like here.

Weekend family stay.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel just 2 minutes from the local tube and easy walking to local amenities including St. Paul’s cathedral.

Pros:

The staff were excellent all round, from those behind the desk to those in the restaurant. The hotel had everything we wanted, and the location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the City of London.

Exceptional boutique Hotel
Pros:

Although the room is compact, it is very comfortable and has very nice modern amenities. The housekeeping was very good. The onsite breakfast was great as was the indoor\outdoor restaurant and bar on the 7th floor. Excellent work out facility in the basement. All the staff at this facility is first class, being extremely professional and helpful. We stayed there twice in 6 weeks while traveling numerous cities and countries in Europe. We were really grateful for all the directions and assistance provided to us from Hamid, a gentleman who was attending at the hotel reception desk area. His assistance in providing directions was truly appreciated.

Pros:

Staff were friendly at reception and made you feel welcome. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable

Cons:

Tried to book in to the restaurant but told it was booked out.. didn’t appear to be and there were bookings available on line. In our experience, restaurants affiliated with hotels usually accommodate guests staying on the premises. Was an abrupt interaction

Great hotel in central location.
Pros:

Great location, very clean. Customer service was excellent. Suite was great with lovely details and finishing touches.

Cons:

The church bells! Due to the proximal of the hotel, the church bells were very loud all day - especially annoying at 7am! Nothing can be done about it but a heads up would have been nice!

TV in the bath didn’t work - no access to any channels. Also, the screen mirroring function on the main tv didn’t work, so we had to watch Netflix’s on our phone. This wasn’t up to standard for a 5* hotel. Other than that, a superb stay.

A wonderful stay in a fantastic hotel
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable with good facilities. The food was excellent and the roof garden bar and restaurant was gorgeous. We loved it would certainly return again and recommend it to family and friends. The best hotel in London!

The rooftop bar was a positive feature for relaxing, it was in a great location for us and where we were going to over the weekend

Cons:

Only negative was couldn’t get a coffee in the cocktail bar, could get one upstairs but there was a hen party up there who were quite loud

Pros:

Schönes Hotel, was zentral gelegen ist an der Sankt Paul . Das Personal war freundlich das Bett war gut schönes Hotel für einen Trip nach London.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr teuer für den Aufenthalt und der Frühstücksraum ist ohne Fenster. Wir haben nicht gefrühstückt wir waren dann in der Umgebung frühstücken.
