Excellent quality room with an amazing comfortable bed. Hotel rooms were well soundproofed as we did t hear anything all night. The hotel is perfectly placed. Central but quiet and tucked away. Beautiful little hotel.

Cons:

Je suis resté bloqué dans l’ascenseur capricieux et j’aurais apprécié un fauteuil un peu plus confortable dans la chambre.

Great luxury hotel in a good location for London with easy access to the underground and trains!
Pros:

Love the location of this hotel. The staff are always amazing and welcoming. The rooms are nice, small which is not untypical of London but they are modern, clean and comfortable. We didn't use the bar or eat at the hotel this trip but have done in the past. We prefer to go out and about and try all the restaurants in the surrounding area.

Cons:

The rooms can be a little dark, it really depends upon the room though. The rooms can run a little warm too, with the AC it brings it down.
