Pros:

Good.

Cons:

I booked the hotel on booking.com and paid $132. When I arrived to check in they had no record of my having booked it even though I showed the staff on my computer. The staff suggested that I just pay the same amount and book directly and then call my credit card provider (Chase) and dispute the booking (which I did). However when I saw my bill on the direct booking it was over $200.

I found the staff to be very professional, helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. I especially enjoyed the coffee.

Cons:

The keys were messed up. They couldn’t give me a key but had to escort me to my room. Also I needed a hard copy of my receipt but they said they couldn’t do that because I had booked the room through Booking.com. When I got on Booking’s site they said they couldn’t give me a receipt because I paid at the inn.

Awful
Pros:

I did not stay there. They wouldn’t honor my reservation. They said that they had a nationwide system shut down and couldn’t honor my reservations so they would not give me the room I paid for. I need a refund !

Cons:

They didn’t honor my reservation. Would not give me the room. I paid for a room and they didn’t let me stay there. I had to go to another hotel.

It was clean comfortable and convenient to location
Pros:

It was clean
But the pool closed at 9pm and I booked it specifically for the pool and was not able to utilize the pool that night… I was given a later checkout and do appreciate that as to utilize the pool in the am… the pool hours should be available with info about the facility

Please inform of closure of amenities when booking

Looks are Deceiving
Pros:

Hotel seemed clean until we made it to the 3rd floor and the smell of mold emitted in the air. I was hoping it was only in the hallway but as we entered to room it was just as bad. Woke up the next morning with my eyes burning from the pungent mold smell. The mold wasn’t the only issue. The shower/tub moved with every step you took and the toilet shook as soon as you took a seat. The hotel is also pet friendly, we heard dogs barking all night long. The hotel is right off the expressway which is convenient but in the middle of nowhere where with no places to eat in the near by area. Don’t know how the place is so highly rated.
