Deux points critiques
- à partir de 22h, il était difficile de rentrer à l'hôtel car on ne nous avait pas donné les clefs. Il fallait donc sonner, mais le personnel était peu réactif. Nous avons attendu dehors bien 15-20mn une fois avant que l'on nous ouvre à 22h
- notre voiture a été endommagée dans le parking privé et payant de l'hôtel. L'employée a affiché un mutisme total alors que nous lui montrions les dommages et répétait, comme un robot, que l hotel déclinait toute responsabilité. Aucun remboursement des frais de parking n'a eu lieu. La propriétaire, que mon mari a eu au téléphone, lui a dit sur un ton méprisant "vous n'avez qu'à me mettre un mauvais commentaire!"
Nous avons contacté par messages l'hôtel ensuite, aucune réponse de leur part.

Me encantó el aseo y el orden. Muy bonito a lado del Cerro. Se puede descansar muy bien sin ruido. El personal muy amable.
Rustige ligging en toch op tien min in centrum. handig dat we konden parkeren. Ietwat gedateerde inrichting maar dat heeft zijn charme. Eten in de binnentuin.
Enkel koffie bij ontbijt maar we kregen op vraag warm water zodat we onze eigen theezakjes konden gebruiken.

Las instalaciones en malas condiciones, olor desagradable en las ropa de cama, en el servicio y baño. Muy lejos del centro
El hotel queda ubicado diez minutos de la plaza principal y cinco minutos del sendero de Cerro de las Cruces. Los funcionarios fueron amables, el desayuno estaba bueno, tenía un gato lindo, y mantenía todo muy limpio y la cama fue cómoda. El precio fue muy razonable.
El baño compartido no tenía agua caliente y durante la mañana hacía frío para bañarse.
Cerca del centro, pero lo suficientemente lejos como para evitar el bullicio. Personal amable y habitación limpia
