The pools were clean and beautiful. All 3 of them and the baby pool. The staff were extremely attentive and check in was a pleasure with fruit and a drink on arrival. I had room service and the meal was also very good.
The tiles were slippery when wet so care was needed
Food ans ataff
I wanted to take the time to review this place as I can’t believe how negative some of the other reviews are- seriously, what is wrong with people?! This place is amazing and excellent value for money.
We were 2 families staying here in 2 of the junior family suites and then we were upgraded to the deluxe suites as they needed to do some work on our rooms (staff were apologetic at asking us to move but it really wasn’t a big deal as it was just across from the rooms we had).
Yes there are a few marks and slight signs of wear and tear in places but still completely within what you’d expect from a 4 star place. The rooms were spotlessly clean and we loved the little outside patio area which had tea and coffee making facilities and sofas. The deluxe suits also had a microwave and bowls and plates so you could make a few snacks. Also large fridge in the room. Lots of little details were thought of like umbrellas in the room to borrow and flip flops.
The staff were so friendly and helpful at this place and were lovely with the kids.
The reception area was cool and quirky and pools were great. Yes the sea isn’t really swimmable and you’d only want to go on the beach at low tide but it was still lovely being near the sea. There are a few bars along the beach you can walk to too. As for the location- it was perfect for us- away from the hustle and bustle of Ao nang but with the handy free shuttle service to take you there. And it’s 5mins walk to the pier for boats to Railay, Hong island etc (definitely recommend the Hong island trip!)
We ate at the restaurant a few times and the food was brilliant quality and large portions.
All in all we had a lovely relaxing stay here and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Thailand. If you’re looking for 5 star absolutely pristine luxury maybe you could be slightly disappointed but for what we paid I think we got amazing value in a unique place that suited us great.
La piscine, la proximité de l’embarcadère, les restaurants à proximité de l’hôtel. Le personnel.
La plage, pas trop de possibilités de se baigner, des cailloux et pas propre.
La ville est loin il y a une navette mais pas à côté. Hôtel excentré. Restauration de l’hôtel pas terrible , il faut aller à ceux d’à côté sur la plage.
Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment spécial à Villa Cha Cha. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par une équipe adorable, très gentille et toujours disponible. Le personnel a été aux petits soins avec nous et a su nous donner de très bons conseils pour profiter au mieux de notre séjour.
Le lieu est tout simplement magnifique, avec un cadre paisible et de très beaux paysages. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié pouvoir nous détendre et profiter pleinement de l’ambiance.
Une très belle expérience que nous garderons en souvenir. Merci à toute l’équipe de Villa Cha Cha pour cet accueil et ce magnifique séjour ! ❤️

Leider war direkt neben uns eine Bauchstelle, wo bis spät in die Nacht gearbeitet wurde. Es war durchgehend laut, schlafen konnte man leider nicht gut. Auch andere Gäste hielten sich nicht an die "Nachtruhe". Der Strand direkt vorm Hotel war extrem schlimm. Nicht zum Schwimmen und sah eher aus wir Hochwasser. Leider stanken auch die Handtücher zum Duschen und die Zimmer wurden leider immer sehr spät gereinigt.

Muy alejado de la ciudad. Playa no apta para baño
Las habitaciones eran amplias, las camas cómodas. Nuestra habitación tenía vistas al mar y tenía una bañera en la terraza. El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudaron en todo en todo momento.
La playa no es muy buena, al menos en la época en la que viajamos nosotras.
The location was perfect. It was peaceful and right on the beach. There were restaurants, convenience stores, beach bars and massage places all within a 5 minute walk. We loved having the sea view from our balcony. The bed was comfortable. The food and beverage options in the resort restaurant were excellent and well-priced.
