Pune Trip
Pros:

The stay at Lemon Tree Hotel was truly wonderful and exceeded my expectations. The reception staff were all exceptional — very welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made the entire experience smooth and comfortable from check-in to check-out.

The breakfast experience was also outstanding and one of the highlights of my stay. The food was delicious, fresh, and offered great variety.

I would like to commend the restaurant staff for their excellent service, warm hospitality, and attentive care throughout breakfast. Their professionalism made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pune.

Cons:

First of all not at all value for money. Staff is clueless . Paid 10k for 1 room but no bell boy to get our luggage to room . Bathroom mess as all water use to stay in and dint drained out. Also had limited menu. They charged us 1200 extra for early checkin inspect of asking me the arrival time a day prior . Even asking after asking for towel we have to call them thrice and it came after 25 mins .Wont recommend lemon tree hospitality ever and wont book .

Food is nice and ms. Kirti assistant was very polite as she is can't speak but she helps uh from the heart at the restaurant and Mr. Sujit the chef he personally came to ask the feedback if it's bad uh can tell him freely takes feedback positivitly which is a good sign of leadership.
