5 days of pure chill and relax! Coming back 100%
Pros:

It has perfect atmosphere for relaxation, chill and recharge kind of vacation. 2 pools, secluded beach, comfy sun beds and the service around it. We got lucky and were offered an upgrade to the swim in room. Thatโ€™s was a game changer!

Second visit, another great stay, and we'll definitely be back.
Pros:

This was our second stay at Sunrise Jade, and thereโ€™s a reason we came back โ€” and will definitely come back again.

The service throughout the hotel was fantastic. The staff around the pool, bar, and breakfast were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the stay better. We had a small issue with our room at the beginning of the stay, and the front desk handled it perfectly and professionally.

The location is one of the hotel's biggest strengths. It sits in a beautiful, quiet little cove with two access points to the water, while the Protaras boardwalk is only about a 2-minute walk away. You get incredibly easy access to everything without having to deal with the noise and crowds.

The pool area is probably our favorite part of the hotel. There are two outdoor pools and a lovely cabana area, and the system where you reserve your spot when you first arrive at the pool is an EXCELLENT idea. No fighting over sunbeds or waking up early to put towels down! You can also order drinks and food directly to your spot using a QR code, which makes spending the day by the pool extremely easy.

Breakfast was another highlight. There are plenty of options, including mimosas, and the outdoor seating area with fans and a couple of lovely cats wandering around is such a nice way to start the morning.

The hotel is wonderfully peaceful. The evening live music creates a relaxing atmosphere without being too loud or intrusive. As people who prefer adults-only hotels, Sunrise Jade really fits what we're looking for.

There are also lots of smaller touches we appreciated: very quick elevators despite the hotel having five floors, a book-borrowing area in the lobby, and generally a calm, well-organized atmosphere throughout the property.

Overall, we had another fantastic stay. The excellent staff, beautiful location, peaceful adults-only atmosphere, pool and cabana setup, breakfast, and proximity to Protaras are the things we'll actually remember from the trip.

Cons:

These are all MINOR details that had very little impact on our overall experience, but I think they're worth mentioning because improving them could make Sunrise Jade a genuine 10/10 for us.

Our original room was at the edge of the hotel, where the Wi-Fi wasn't strong enough to work properly on our laptops or for streaming on the hotel TV. However, once we mentioned it, the front desk moved us to a room closer to the middle of the hotel and everything worked perfectly โ€” so great recovery by the staff.

I personally love saunas, so I was disappointed that the sauna wasn't working during the week we stayed. The hotel wasn't aware of the problem until we asked about it, and unfortunately it wasn't repaired during our stay. It feels like something that could be routinely checked, particularly in a hotel with spa facilities. Siga siga. ๐Ÿ˜„

The indoor pool isn't heated, which feels like a missed opportunity. During warmer months this isn't particularly important, but when we stayed here previously during a cooler period, the outdoor pools were a little cold for us. Having a heated indoor pool would be a great addition for cooler months.

The layout around the spa/pool area could also be improved. There isn't a direct route from the sauna, showers, and indoor pool to the outdoor pool area without walking through the very air-conditioned lobby โ€” not ideal when you're wet! The indoor showers could also use some attention as there was a slight smell in that area.

Finally, breakfast is already very good, but we'd love to see a few more vegan/non-dairy options, some fresh berries, and a better selection of fresh vegetables. We understand that consistently sourcing great produce on the island may not always be easy, so this is definitely more of a suggestion than a major complaint.
