Pros:

Мне понравилось. Центр города, основные достопримечательности рядом, большой номер, все есть. Ресторан на крыше с музыкой был скорее бонусом - угар до ночи не выходя из отеля, хотя кого-то может наверное раздражать.

It is clean and the staff are cooperative and accomodative

It is next to a mosque as a light sleeper I was constantly woken up by the 5 a.m prayer sessions.

J'ai fait une réservation en ligne et payé pour 2 adultes (moi et ma femme) et 4 enfants (8, 10, 12 et 12 ans). Arrivée à l'hôtel un supplément de 100$ m’ a été facturé par l'établissement pour les 4 enfants, me disant que le petit déjeuner y est inclu. Le matin après que les enfants aient pris le petit déjeuner un supplément de 46$ m’a été encore facturé pour le petit-déjeuner des enfants.

This was our return visit and we were really looking forward to it. What we found exceptionally nice was the 'Welcome back' we received from the staff. Thanks again, it meant a lot to us. Special thanks to the young lady barista in the reception area coffee bar who served us with some excellent coffees and croissants.

Pros:

Sometimes when you are travelling you need a proper hotel. And this was a proper hotel. Proper reception, lifts, proper size room with facilities, excellent shower in big bathroom where everything worked properly, good restaurant and very good breakfast. And parking. The place is also less than 15mins walk to the Fast Ferry Terminal for Zanzibar.
