Muy pequeña la habitación pero asi es concepto
Me encantó el lugar, que estuviera cerca del metro, la limpieza y la comodidad.
Considero que el desayuno es costoso para ser buffet. Creo que se puede dar también una alternativa de desayuno más económica para viajeros solos.

Siempre nos alojamos en este hotel cuando vamos a Medellín, por su ubicación y sus instalaciones.
Llegamos algo tarde al hotel y queríamos ducharnos, pero no había jabón disponible. Informamos al personal y nos respondieron en la mañana enviarían a alguien a recargar el jabón. Solicitamos hacerlo ese mismo día pues habíamos tenido un viaje largo y queríamos ducharnos (la actitud en recepción no fue la mejor). Nos enviaron a alguien del personal, pero termino recargando el champú en lugar del jabón.
Tener en cuenta se debe tener personal dispuesto a colaborar con los huéspedes en la medida de lo posible.
