Ottimo hotel, lo consiglio per una visita del centro storico di Ratisbona
Pros:

La posizione vicina sia al centro che al castello Thurn und Taxis, la colazione, la possibilità di usare l'ascensore sebbene all'ingresso vi sia subito una scala. La signora della reception è molto cordiale e simpatica

Cons:

Bagno un po' piccolo, le luci accanto al letto sono grandi e un po' scomode. Non c'è possibilità di spegnere la luce centrale quando si è già a letto.

Ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen!
Pros:

Unser Kurzaufenthalt hat uns in jeder Hinsicht gut gefallen. Bahnhof und Innenstadt sind fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer sowie alle weitern Räume sind sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück gab es alles was mein Herz begehrte. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die Möglichkeit, einer Wasserflasche, die zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, jederzeit abfüllen zu können , je nach Geschmack mit oder ohne Sprudel.

Cons:

sonntags morgens war der Frühstücksraum kurzzeitig etwas zu klein und Familien mit 4 Personen hatten es nicht ganz leicht einen gemeinsamen Tisch zu bekommen.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes sympathisches Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Es war - wir immer- sehr gut mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter*innen und einem ausgezeichneten Frühstücksbuffet. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das Vorhandensein einer Klimaanlage…!

Prima hotel. Schoon met goed ontbijt. Wel geluidsoverlast van tikkende leidingen gehad.
Pros:

Prima verblijf in mooie Regensburg. Helaas in de avond in onze kamer veel geluidsoverlast van tikkende leidingen met onbekende oorzaak. Helaas receptie niemand meer aanwezig. Bij bellen het antwoord dat het morgen word opgelost. Gelukkig stopte het tikken tussen 23.00 en 00.00. Volgende dag bij uitchecken was niemand op de hoogte van dit probleem. Bij vermelden compensatie door een drankje te vergoeden. Het was jammer dat dit niet eerder erkend werd.
Prima ontbijt.

A cosy hotel in the centre of Regensburg
Pros:

The hotel is located on a smaller street between the railway and bus stations and the city centre. All the main sights in Regensburg can be easily reached on foot within 10–15 minutes. The street can be a little busy at night, but I never had any trouble sleeping. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
The rooms are simple but clean and quite cosy. I appreciated that a kettle was provided upon request, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, but the breakfast room looked very pleasant. All the reception staff were friendly and helpful.
I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Rosi and would not hesitate to stay there again when I return to Regensburg.

- Good access to the old town. Everything is within a short walking distance.
- Very near the train station.

Cons:

The hotel has the following major disadvantages:
- Reception hours are until 8pm. I was told that check-ins can be done until 8pm at the latest. If you have a late arrival, there will be no one to meet you and you are likely to be stuck outside.
- When arriving, you enter a vestibule with big stairs. If you carry heavy luggage, that could be an issue, since the door next to it that says "Aufzug" (German for "Elevator") needs a key card which you only get AFTER you check in. BTW, the signage is in German only, with no symbols, so if you don't happen to know the German word for "Elevator", that's your problem.
- There is no breakfast staff you can ask questions (e.g. for allergies, other inquiries). A single member of the kitchen staff occasionally dashes in and out. When I tried asking them, they didn't speak English, were curt and dismissive. Something as basic as getting a cappuccino with a milk alternative (e.g. soy, oat) was a problem. When I asked the kitchen staff member, he just pointed to a creamer, brusquely said "Haffer" and ran away. I had to look up "Haffer" to know if means "Oat". Naturally, the oat milk was cold, and there was no one to ask to heat the esperesso I got at the coffee machine, mixed with cold oat milk, in a microwave.
- The single room I got had no phone to contact reception. You have to go downstairs if you need anything.
- The rooms are only cleaned if you ask at reception. Generally, this not a big deal if you don't need your room cleaned and your towels changed daily. However, that should be up to you to decide, not something the hotel forces on you.
- Just before arriving in Regensburg, I stayed at a similar hotel in Munich which had a larger single room (e.g. with a double bed and more storage space for luggage), a wider breakfast buffet selection, and helpful breakfast staff. Also, the Munich hotel had a lower per-night rate.
