Pros:

Very clean and modern hotel. We had very quiet room on 5th floor( we asked at reception at the check-in). Great location - in the historic center.

Good, but very poor breakfast

Pros:

Posizione ottima perché è proprio a due passi dal centro. Le ragazze della reception sono state davvero gentili, essendo arrivati in anticipo ci hanno permesso di entrare e lasciare i bagagli.

Cons:

La pulizia delle camere potrebbe migliorare, inoltre l'albergo si trova in una via molto trafficata per cui il rumore delle auto e degli autobus si fa sentire

Ubicación céntrica, cerca de la Plaza de Armas. Te ayuda a llegar pronto a los edificios históricos.

Pros:

Well appointed rooms in good modern taste, above 3 stars really.
Exceptionally kind and professional staff at the desk, very good room cleaning service, exceptional location in the heart of historic Lima

Cons:

Breatkfast was freshly cooked and good, but it could be improved for international visitors, sugar-free yogurt and fruit drinks for example.

A good hotel option in Lima's historic center.
Pros:

I found this to be an excellent hotel, of the sort that Lima's historic center needs. I was completely satisfied with it -- clean, large room; a good breakfast; friendly staff; even free drinking-water refills. And it's an easy and safe walk from here to the major points of interest in the historic center

Cons:

This didn't bother me much, but some people may find that the traffic on busy Cusco Avenue, where the hotel is located, can get noisy.
[Note: for some unknown reason a tiny Spanish flag appears under my name, but i'm actually from the US.]

Ideal location for old Lima
Pros:

The location of the Hotel was exactly where we wanted. We were able to explore the older parts of Lima, but were warned that it can be risky after dark.
The staff were lovely, helpful and courteous. The twin room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

With the rooms located at the front of the hotel, and overlooking the Main Street, the traffic noise and constant honking of car horns at all hours of the day and night was the only downfall. Although this could not be helped by the hotel.

Noisy city view room
Pros:

Lovely clean hotel with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff

Cons:

The extremely noisy bedroom. We were assigned a city view room. This directly looks onto the main road where there is loud incessant noise from horns to sirens. This noise continues throughout the night. This was supposed to be an opportunity for a good night's sleep before our 24 hour journey home to Australia.

City centre hotel. Basic, clean, tired
Pros:

Desk staff were amazing! So helpful when our tour bus didn't make it due to the Lima Marathon causing chaos at 6:30am. Called taxi, spoke to our tour guide...even sent a message making sure we connected OK!

Cons:

Breakfast not great. Clean, close to old city centre but a bit run down.

We didn't stay long enough to be fair but it seemed like a decent place.
Pros:

Convenient location to the airport for a quick in and out. Flew out the next morning for Cusco.

Cons:

The location is a bit industrial but it is also where a lot of action is. Walking around a bit showed there were many things to view and do in the area.

Pros:

If you want to stay in the city centre, this is a great location. It's very good value for money - it's modern and generally finished well. Overall I would recommend for a night or two in the old town.

Cons:

Slight negative points: breakfast - it's not a buffet and the choice is small; it's on a main road so there's traffic noise, but if you have ear plugs you should be fine. There are a few bits that are a bit rough round the edges - bathroom door didn't fit.
