La ubicación. El desayuno, la atención del personal
Buena ubicación cerca de la Plaza de Armas.
Desayuno correcto, pero no muy abundante.
La habitación era enorme y la reservamos porque tenía jacuzzi.
El personal muy amable; nos compensaron con un sándwich de chicharrón en el desayuno por los inconvenientes.
Llegamos al hotel después de 25 horas de vuelos y habíamos reservado una habitación más cara con jacuzzi para poder descansar.
Cuando llegamos no funcionaba el agua caliente y no pudimos ni utilizar el jacuzzi ni darnos una ducha caliente siquiera.
Hasta la mañana siguiente no pudimos hacer uso...
El hotel es súper ruidoso; está en una avenida con tremendo tráfico y toda la noche pitidos de coches, ruido intenso... imposible descansar.
Por último, cobran un impuesto completamente ilegal que no pertenece a Booking ni está especificado en la aplicación por ninguna parte. Una tasa extra que nada tiene que ver con el precio de la app.

Os funcionários, em especial da recepção. Localização perfeita para fazer um pequeno City Tour pelo centro.
Café da manhã com pouca variedade. O chuveiro demora muito para esquentar. Gasta muita água.
