Excelente
Pros:

Excelente opción para alojarse cerca del centro, en especial para estar cerca de Plaza Mayor. Además, a unos metros del Metro lo que lo hace muy práctico para moverse en la ciudad. Adicional, está muy cerca de la estación Atocha. Respecto a personal, excelente! Muy atentos los dueños que te reciben con mucha cordialidad. La habitación muy bien también. Ideal para descansar ya que no se escucha ningún ruido exterior.

Pros:

Location is good, Metro is right in front of the hotel. Staff are great. Facility is clean.

Cons:

They use the combination motion + infrared detectors to operate the lights and A/C. This means at night the A/C turns off (because you're not moving) and the only way to reactivate the A/C is to get up and turn it back on at the panel- you can't just wave an arm and be done with it.

Also the wifi was really intermittent, I ended up consuming a lot of data because I didn't realize the wifi dropped and my phone cut over to data.

La disponibilité du personnel.
Malgré notre anglais pas très terrible, on a pu discuter et se comprendre.
Personnel très l'écoute. Nos bagages ont pu être gardés, vu qu'on est arrivé trop tot

L'hotel est propre, très bien situé proche du centre ville. La chambre est assez grande. C'est assez calme.

Pros:

Très bien situé. Pas loin de la gare d'Atocha, et quartier très sympathique. De là on pouvait aller visiter Madrid à pied. Chambre confortable, avec terrasse (sans vue). Personnel serviable.
